“I had a terrible experience at this motel. The room had no heating and no hot water, which is completely unacceptable, especially in cold weather.
When I went to the front desk to ask for another room, the staff were very rude and unprofessional. Instead of helping, they treated me disrespectfully.
Because the room was not livable, I left the motel. I believe I should be fully reimbursed, since they did not provide the basic conditions promised.
I do not recommend this place to anyone.”

“Overall, I had a very relaxing stay at this hotel. The room was exactly how described and the bed and pillows were super comfortable. I really appreciated that they had pillow cases that told you if the pillow was soft or firm. Also the breakfast was very generous…lots of healthy options and I appreciate the pancake maker that made such fluffy pancakes!
The only two minor issues I encountered were the floor in my bathroom was very creaky. I stepped on it and it made a lot of noise which was...
