âApartment was huge but felt the space could have been configured a bit better e.g. with a kitchenette or more comfy living area. View was amazing (just be aware that the picture shown is when the trees were very young/ had no leaves and they now cover the lake view). Breakfast was nice. Cleaning was good but would have liked the bed linen to be changed - we stayed for 5 nights and it was not changed.â

âThis is a fabulous hotel and properly fulfills it's name. It has an astonishing location, the surrounding is beautiful. Walking distance to Verbania, nice grass lawn to take sun, enjoy the view and swim in the lake or the nice spa pool. Ok gym. Breakfast ok for us who enjoy fresh fruit, ham, cheese and some sweets. The best thing with GM is the humble and low key atmosphere. Staff is courteous and speak softly, the breakfast room and "beach" are is quiet, even though we travelled with kids. Will...
