L'appartement correspondait à la description donnée dans l'annonce. Bien équipé et spacieux. Le logement est situé à 5 10 minutes à pied de la mer de Bosa Marina et à 10 minutes en voiture des supermarchés et du centre-ville de Bosa.

Happy you loved the apartment and location. Tho it is less than 5 minutes walk to the beach if you go directly! Translation of your review: "The apartment corresponded to the description. Well equipped and spacious. It is located 5 10 minutes walk from the sea of Bosa Marina and 10 minutes by car from supermarkets and downtown Bosa.."

Translation of your excellent review: Excellent stay in Bosa, pretty town. The apartment is a stone's throw from the main beach of Bosa.

Appartement très agréable avec super vue sur la mer
Nous avons passé un agréable séjour, rien ne manque dans l’appartement qui est au 4ème mais les marches sont très faciles à monter. La vue est superbe, on voit la mer et le coucher de soleil. Une bonne adresse proche de la plage.

Glad you loved the apartment- your review in English: "We had a pleasant stay, nothing is missing in the flat which is on the 4th floor but the steps are very easy to climb. The view is superb, you can see the sea and the sunset. A good property, close to the beach."

Position great, size great, quality not great.....at the moment.
Firstly, the position of the apartment is perfect for the beach, just 2km from the old town of Bosa and a nice base place for visiting Nuraghe etc.. Great views because it's on the 4th floor (no elevator). It's also nice and spacious and light and the kitchen is nicely set up with a great oven. However, there are a lot of issues with the apartment at the moment which basically make it unrentable. Michael, the owner was very polite in his email replies which we appreciated and has explained that after us there aren't any guests and that he won't be renting it out until some renovations have been done. I would recommend that anyone wishing to book here would firstly check with Michael that the following issues have been corrected - 1. Toilet & water heater don't leak and that the kitchen sink tap is repaired. 2. The bed in the twin bedroom is not broken. 3. There are chairs and a table for the balcony (6 of the 8 chairs were broken and there wasn't a table). 4. There's shelving in the twin bedroom for clothes. 5. That Michael's personal belongings have been stored away. 6. That there are new sheets for the main bedroom. 7. That the towels have all be renewed. 8. The mosquito nets were falling off so we took them down, however we didn't find an issue with mosquitos so not sure if needed more in the hotter time of the year. It's important to note that the bathroom has a sit down shower/tub which you get used to but isn't functional for an older person. I can't recommend the apartment as it is now but I feel that Michael will be true to his word and when he's able to visit the apartment (post Covid) he will address the issues that occurred during our visit.

Thank you for the positive feedback - glad that you enjoyed the situation of the apartment and views from the balconies. We are making all the improvements that you list (1 to 8) for 2022. It was impossible to fix these things before now due to the Covid travel restrictions. The mosquito nets must have been left by the previous guests as they are not provided - and have not been necessary before now.

Die Wohnung hat alles was man braucht. Von der Größen her Ideal für eine Familie mit Kindern. Nahezu aus jedem Zimmer hat man einen Blick auf das Meer. Alle Zimmer sind mit einem kleinen Balkon verbunden, von dem man den Stadtteil Bosa-Marie sowie das Meer überblicken kann.

Great apartment, stunning views, safe and close to good beach and fabulous Bosa
Apartment is good, clean and practical. Lovely views. Bakery over the road. Very safe area. Lovely walk into Bosa which is strongly recommended. Beach a 5 min stroll and very good for families. Fans in rooms helped with heat! Parking easy and free and just downstairs. We're a family of five and fitted in comfortably. All happy!

That's brilliant - so glad that your family had such a happy stay in the apartment. There is space and it is cool with the sea breeze through the large double doors to the balconies in every room. And the marble floors, fans and air cooling units. You'd be very welcome back any time!

Schöne Wohnung mit viel Platz, vom Balkon Aussicht auf das Meer und die Sonnenuntergänge, ein wunderschöner Spaziergang am Fluss führt in das sehenswerte und gemütliche Städtchen Bosa, viele Ausflugsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe, schöner Strand , meistens sehr ruhig, manchmal laute Nachbarn, am Wochenende laute Musik vom Strand

We are very happy to hear that you enjoyed the apartment and found it to be nice, with a lot of space - and you enjoyed the balcony views of the sea and sunsets. We agree, it is mostly very quiet. Only on Fridays and Saturdays in July & August, it's possible to hear music from the beach - although this is limited by strict curfew. Please let us know if you or your friends or family are interested in staying another time as we like to offer discounted rates to our many happy guests.

Great place for family holidays
‌‌Bosa is a small town in Saradaigna where you can relax and have great moments especially : walks, sandy beaches, sea side, visit of villages etc. And of course the sun and weather are warm and present every day !! The appartment is well located, with a bakery dowstairs, and Bosa have lots of fish shops and small shops where you will find great italian food. The appartment is at the top a the building (4 levels) therefore it is very calm and quiet and neighboors are really welcoming. You can park a car at the back of the appartment in a dead end road. You will find everyhting you need in the kitchen, the master bedroom is large as well as the kids room. Fans are also usefull in each rooms. The small living room is practical, you can watch TV, surf on the internet (wifi included-1Gb per day) or look at the great 180° view on the sea from the balconie :) Towels are included which is greatly appreciated as well as the household at the end of your stay ! You don't have to take the car to go to the beach which is greatly convenient !! I would recommand this place if you look for sea baths, great sunsets, sun, sandy beaches, walks along the sea, italian food, and relaxing holidays ! And Michael is a great owner who takes greatly care of his tenants ! thank you again for this great stay !‌
