“First of all the we were looking forward to a relaxing swim after a long drive & found the pool was closed for maintenance but there were folded towels in the chairs. We were there for 3 days & didn't see anyone working on it. We were on 4th floor & had to go to first floor to get ice because the machine on 4th & 3rd floor were out of order. Had notes on the machines to go to first floor. Parking area in the back & at the end of the building lacked lighting, very dark Buffet was good. Enjoyed...

“Don't sleep here, at least not on a Saturday. The rooms were good but our room faced some that played incredibly loud music until 2 in the morning so we didn't sleep well, which is the point of a hotel. They could have warned us, given us earplugs, another room and or compensation. No one should fool me that they didn't know anything. Apparently Backyard has gigs every Saturday.”

“Rooms were clean and beautiful, staff was very polite and happy, my only complaint was the trash floating around in the hot tub and pool.”

“The layout of the bar, outside bar area was relaxing giving our team opportunity to network without interruptions. ”
