Absolutely perfect spot! Only about a 12 minute drive from the Hynes Convention Center. Staff was excellent, super kind and efficient. Valet is 24 hour access and they are FAST with it!

The pictures of outside, construction everywhere, not a lot of shopping or dining options. Elevators are creeeky, bathtub was like a regular apartment complex tub with peeling paint. But

The rooms are comfortable. We had a club room which is nice because it’s high up and has a view and also gives access to free breakfast and other extras in the lounge. The staff in the lounge are very nice. The front desk staff wasn’t very welcoming or helpful (except one on departure). Strangely two of them did not know about the lounge access for club rooms. I also couldn’t extend my stay at the same rate so I went to another hotel very close that had a lot more charm.

Beautiful immaculate rooms. The hotel is perfectly located within walking distance of museums, Google, MIT, and restaurants. Staff VERY friendly and welcoming. I will come back here whenever I’m in town.

I enjoyed my stay at the Boston Marriott. The people at the service des seemed to be in a hurry. The elevator floor always seem to be dirty - this was off-putting because it made me nervous about the possible state of my room. My room was nice and clean and everything worked. This is the first time I was asked to pay a fee for a higher floor.
