Our home is the perfect setting for a family or friends get away. It has 1800 sqft with stylish furnishings and fixtures. Offers a fully stocked kitchen, 4 spacious bedrooms that sleep 10 comfortably, 2 full baths, living space with a 65” Smart TV with plenty of seating integrated with the dining room that seats 8. On the kitchen there is also a table bar that seats 4.

FIRST FLOOR:
The two first floor bedrooms feature queen size beds with new mattresses, bed sheets, towels, comfortable pillows and extra blankets. Every bedroom has full body wall mirror, closet and luggage rack for your comfort. Additionally the main living area, dining room, kitchen and one full bathroom are on this level.
UPSTAIRS:
The two upstairs bedrooms feature a queen size bed and a twin size bed in each one, with new mattresses, bed sheets, towels, comfortable pillows and extra blankets. Full body wall mirrors and luggage racks available for your comfort. A full bath next to the bedrooms.

Our kitchen has everything you need for your stay in the Watch City. Brand new appliances, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, coffee maker, blender, electric water kettle, toaster, utensils, plates and all of the other kitchen essentials to make your stay a pleasant one.

We value our community and it is important for us to maintain good relationships with our neighbors, so we appreciate you following our “house rules” during your stay.
• No smoking - In case of any evidence of smoking in the house, a fee of$500 will be charged.
• No parties or events allowed - In case you disregard this rule, it will be assessed a $500 fee, plus $45 per extra guest not included in the booking, plus damages.
