Very cute studio apartment in the middle of historic Beacon Hill. Location was perfect! 6 min walk to park st subway, Charles st cafes, whole food supermarket. Studio had everything I needed and bed was super comfy. Will stay again for sure!

Great location

The property was in a great location with easy access to transport & the main Boston tourist attractions. However, the studio we were put in was not the one shown online, although the floor plan was the same. The decor & furnishings of ours looked very inferior to the online photos. It also had not been cleaned to the standard we expected.

Cutest Little Stay

We absolutely loved the location of this property, as it was close to SO many things
as well as the subway! It was clean and cute, and I would recommend for anyone wanting to stay in Boston and have a “local” feel!

Historic neighborhood. Dates from the 1700s.

Great communication with the host every time. He was totally helpful with our requests and questions. Even though we only stayed one night, we had a good time. We were in town from PHX for the Boston Pops Christmas Concert. But, we managed to cram in a visit with our grandsons at the Museum of Science, too. Pinckney St was a challenge for most trucks, an occasional school bus, an other vehicles, but the Uber cars had no difficulty maneuvering up the street. We had many Ubers pick us up to transport us to the Pops, and other short trips. No worries there. The suite is nice, with reminiscences of its age, all adding character. All the appliances worked, no issues with heat or plumbing. The washer and dryer in the basement were a nice plus (especially the dryer) as we needed to dry out some of our garments due to the incessant rain. :) The bed was comfy and cozy, too.You can visit without worry.

Unbelievable location

This property is in the perfect location. Boston Commons and grocery stores are a five-minute walk. Tourist sites are easily reached from subway stations less than 10 minutes away. Restaurants and trendy shops are just down the street, but not so close that you’ll hear them at night. I’ve been traveling to Boston for years. This property is in the best spot I’ve visited here. Everything worked in the apartment. (although there is one mystery switch that seems to serve no purpose).

Great location

We enjoyed our stay on Beacon Hill. Great location we walked to and from North Station and to the North End for dinner. We felt safe in and around the location. Thank god it had AC Boston as a sauna the 2 days we were there. I love the heat but mostly when I’m on or near the water. Would love to visit again in the fall

Great place and location!

Clean, well organized, and stocked with everything you could need - including an AC unit. The starting amenities were very generous too. Great location - charming historic district and easy walk to so many sights. Highly recommend!

Beacon Hill Weekend

The location is both central and beautiful and was perfect for our stay. I appreciated all of the amenities and easy check in/out process. The only thing I would add if a deadbolt lock on the door. I wished the room had a lock in addition to the keypad lock for security at night.

Excellent Property - Great Location

He said the property was in a great location, and had all of the amenities that you needed. The only suggestion would be clarification and instructions on operating heat or air. One of the evenings it was very chilly and even though we turned the thermostat up it did not seem to heat the apartment. not a huge deal as we had the extra blanket. Very close to downtown and lots of the attractions. Highly recommend.

Incredible location

The location is amazing & beautiful. I could not believe how quiet it was from about 9 pm until 7 am! You would never know you were in a city while trying to sleep (& we even slept with the windows open!) Ken was so timely and helpful with his responses. (Thank you!) The check in (2 pm) & out times (12 pm) are fantastic! Plus you can drop off your luggage early &/or leave your luggage after check out. Everything you would need for your stay is available, including free washer & dryer. The proximity to everything in the center is fantastic. Our favorite restaurant is The Q on Washington Street (you can make reservations on Yelp). We will definitely stay here again.

Great location!

Had a fabulous stay at this cozy studio. Fabulous location within easy walking distance of shopping, restaurants and historical sites. The street is very quiet and picturesque. Studio apartment is well equipped and the manager is quite responsive. Will definitely come back again.
