Trip to Boston
The location was just right for our needs. Plenty of food choices. Able to walk to the train or us stops to get into Boston. Went to Sam Adams brewery, did the Freedom Trail , tour of Fenway park and went to a Bruins game all via public transportation.

Funky and Cozy Get-away
Great time at this fun little — yet spacious — electic hideaway! Loved the exposed brick, angles and old house charm! All we needed for a weekend getaway and so much nicer than a plain old hotel. Great communication with owner!

Character, cleanliness, and comfort.
Character and charm of staying in an old East coast apartment. Clean and comfortable. Owner provided very detailed information and lots of extras to help with exploring the area, and to make the most of a trip. Highly recommend!

Charming unit, wonderful neighbourhood, convenient for public transit
Lucia is a great host, very welcoming, helpful and available. She was able to accommodate both an early checkin and late checkout!! Her unit is charming, an older home with exposed brick, it is comfortable and extremely well-equipped. Beds were comfortable. Many extra homey touches let us know that this is a well-loved space with care for guests. We loved exploring the neighbourhood with great local restaurants, big food store nearby, and a close bus with speedy access to the T.

Relatively quick Uber or taxi rides to and from airport. The area has a large selection of Hispanic restaurants but lacks cafes and other types of restaurants within walking distance.

Perfect home for a taste of Boston
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Chelsea. Lucia has such a well appointed, charming, clean and comfortable property as well as being a great space for all four of us. Lucia was great to communicate with us with information and queries and was such a considerate and welcoming host. We would highly recommend a visit.

We greatly enjoyed our stay. The beds are comfortable and the area is quiet. The appartment is well appointed and large enough for 4 people. Lucia, the host, has thought if everything ad was available to answer questios. I highly recommended it.

Lucia is wonderful host, lovely apartment, very accomodating
Everything as listed, but nicer than in photo. I was staying at the apartment with the teenage children of a friend, and it worked out well for all. Plenty of space. So quick to the airport, and parking included. What is said about the stairs are true, very steep and narrow but we were able to lug our bags up there with minimal difficulties and good railings for those like me who have some knee issues. I did not find it difficult at all. The bus is close by, so we left the car parked and used mass transit everywhere. Overall Chelsea can be a little iffy at night, but we felt very secure at the apartment. Lucia was very prompt at answering and accommodating.

Chelsea house EVERYTIME!
staying here absolutely made me feel like a local. While the short time I stayed here Lucia answered every question or concern in an instant. It’s in the perfect spot for absolutely any sightseeing with anything at most being an half an hour away with traffic! The house and all the amenities are so wonderful it almost makes you want to stay home. I can’t imagine coming to Boston again and not staying here. Thank you for allowing us we will absolutely be back :)

Wonderful stay
Lucia was a gracious and extremely responsive host and quickly helped me with my many questions. The accommodation is super cute and has lovely little touches. The back patio is a great place for a cup of coffee and relaxation. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Good Location
Within walking distance to restaurants, stores. Short Uber ride into the city. Owner left a lot of good info on where to eat, and tourist attractions. We didn’t spend much time there, as we were out all day and most nights. Neighbors in the building were quiet. Neighbors across the street, not so much. The beds and towels were clean. Floors and carpets were very dirty.

Cute flat in nice location
Great location across the bridge in Chelsea from Boston. Easy access to MBTA bus and a short walk if you need the train. The neighborhood is predominantly latin so enjoy the Mexican food options! Taxi from the airport was ~$17 plus tip so not bad. Please be aware that stairs are unavoidable in this flat, and they are narrow so mind your step. The building is old, as is expected in Mass. so don't be alarmed where there are uneven floors. Bed was cozy and there was plenty of space. Great little spot!

Perfect location and so much character!
We were delighted with our accommodations. The apartment had so much character and everything you need for a comfortable stay. It was walking distance from many wonderful places to eat also. The host was very kind and responsive. Our stay couldn’t have been any better!

Good value for the money
The apartment is very cozy. The beds are extremely comfortable. The owner communication was great. She was helpful in helping us navigate our way to public transit. It is a little out of the way to get to downtown via the bus but it is a good value. There are some great Latin food choices very close by.

Boston getaway
We stayed here with our friends for 2 nights. The location was perfect for anything we wanted to do! Nice and close to public transportation, the Great Chef Chinese food recommendations was awesome as well. We would love to stay here again sometime!

Adorable place. Great alternative to a hotel.
Easy to find, has many stairs, 2 steep flights. Clean, warm and cozy. City bus to freedom trail easy. There is hulu and Netflix although no live tv. Would stay again!

My friend and I were returning to Japan after a vacation in Vermont, and needed a place to stay that was close to Logan, since our flight was too early to make the trip from Vermont. This place was perfect. The owner, Lucia, thought of everything to make this apartment feel welcoming and cozy, and she was always available by email and very helpful in answering questions. She provided a rather long explanatory letter about parking (a tiny, tricky spot, but easier than expected), how to access the building key (a combination lock-box), and how to get into the apartment (a keypad), but it was all very clear and we had ZERO problems with anything. Lucia is strict about cleanliness and noise, and we appreciated both of those points immensely. The apartment was spotless, and the building was quiet, and it was easy to keep it that way. We walked to a fun restaurant in an old fire house, called Chelsea Station, that was recommended in Lucia's Welcome Book, and had an early night before heading to the airport in the morning. Logan is only about 10 minutes from the apartment, possibly shorter without morning traffic, and if you knew where you were going! We can highly recommend this home. Truly Perfect
Our stay was absolutely perfect. The Chelsea House was everything we wanted: the beds were comfortable, the living room was beautiful, every nook and cranny was clean, and we had everything we needed for a great visit. We loved walking to the Chelsea train stop for a quick (and affordable - $2.25) ride to North Station when we wanted to explore Boston. Lucia was extremely kind, communicative, and a pleasure to book with. I’d recommend her place to anyone. A+!!

Apartment with lots of character. You can feel that the apartment has been lived in and that everything is personal. This is very inviting for travelers passing through. Everything is well explained and the owner is always on hand if there's anything you need. It was a very pleasant stay.

My mom and I rented this place to go visit Boston. We loved staying there. The place is lovely. It includes everything you need. Lucia sent us detailed information to help us with our stay and made sure everything was perfect. It's 15 minutes away from Boston via public transportation which is really practicle.
