Very close to bus stop with easy access to Boston, Tufts, Harvard, MIT. Assembly Row is less than a mile away where you can find plenty of dining options, shopping and more!
We are in a great location close to the many wonderful activities.
There is a big children's playground and Basketball court right across the street.
This park has a playground area with swings, a picnic tables area, and a basketball court.

Our rental is a 4-bedroom apartment in Somerville. The space features one full bed, 3 twin beds and a bathroom to freshen up after a day of exploring. Guests enjoy a comfortable environment with heating and air conditioning to keep the temperature just right. This beautiful apartment offers a tremendous base for your stay.
Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located apartment.

House Rules Agreement

When booking our property you are confirming your acceptance of our house rules.
Guests may be charged for any damages, missing items, costs, or related expenses caused by guests/ visitors. Stay may be terminated if guests do not comply to our rules.

Property Disclosures

• Security Cameras

* Our outside cameras operate 24/7.
* Do not attempt to disable, block, or tamper with any cameras. Doing so will result in immediate termination of your stay without refund.

•No smoking of any kind. A $2,000 fee applies if evidence(including smell) is discovered.

Do not unplug electronics (TVs, Roku sticks, lamps, etc.).

No shoes inside the property. Please place your shoes in the small hallway next to the bathroom.

No moving or rearranging of furniture.

There are some doors that are locked for privacy purposes. Please do not force the closet doors to open. Breaking/ tampering with doors will result in $500 fee.

Please ensure all small appliances (toaster, iron, etc.) are unplugged before leaving.

We have a gas stove, please make sure that it is turned off when not in use.

Please make sure that all doors/ gates are closed and locked.
We are not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to your belongings under any circumstances.

* We reserve the right to cancel your reservation and enforce fines if any of our rules are broken.

Visitors
We do not allow unregistered overnight guests/ visitors unless agreed before booking.
All the children must be included on your reservation.
Violating this rule will result in a $250 fine per person per night

Off street parking is available for 1 car only (no oversized vehicles). We are not responsible for any damage or loss. Parking in the street without permit may result on tickets by the Somerville Parking Department. We are not liable for any parking tickets issued due to parking on the street.

In the Somerville area Insects and small wildlife are common, we take precautions to prevent any insects from coming inside the house and we do not offer refund to guests if any of these creatures find themselves inside the house and do not take liability for insects, pests and small wildlife. Please contact us if you need assistance.

Kitchen & Dining
Our kitchen is great to prepare meals with all the utensils that you would need.
* Full-size fridge, stove, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, dishwasher,.
* Our kitchen is fully stocked: bakeware, pots and pans, cutlery.
* Dining table that seats 6
We provide plenty of mugs, glasses, cups, teas, sweeteners.
Please place all dishwasher safe plates, cups and utensils inside the dishwasher before checking out.

Laundry:

* Please make sure to remove the dryer lint after each use to prevent any fire hazards.

* Iron and Ironing Board
Please make sure the hot iron is placed on top of the stove until it cools down after each use to prevent any fires.

By reserving our property, all guests accept full responsibility for their own safety and agree to assume any risks associated with their stay. We are not responsible for any injuries, accidents,illnesses, that occur on the property or while using its facilities
