The living area has a sofa bed, a wood-burning stove and a small dining table. The adjoining open-plan, well-equipped kitchen includes a capsule coffee machine (please bring your own capsules). Wi-Fi and self check-in are available.



Enjoy the private, covered terrace with wooden decking – ideal for relaxing by the water. The private garden has a fire pit and seating with lake views, perfect for cosy barbecue evenings. Two large willows on the shore provide natural shade. You can swim directly from your private lake access. The area is ideal for hiking, cycling, sailing or rowing. The nearby towns of Constance and Kreuzlingen offer cultural attractions to explore.



Shared parking is available on site. Public transport is nearby. Up to 1 dog is welcome on request for an extra fee. Please note that events are not permitted on the property.
