“Room was clean and tidy. Common areas were spotless and freshly carpeted. Pool was nice and warm. Breakfast included was typical and more than adequate.”

“Reception staff unaware of basic hotel information. I.e. they say they don't have laundry service, when they do. I had to make the cleaning staff come and tell her that there is. First then she would take the laundry. The cleaning staff are good. The breakfast i very poor, the breakfast area is small and crowded, and they don’t let you bring it up to the room and enjoy it in peace and quiet. “It is a newer hotel so everything was new and clean. We got a 2 queen bed room and it was huge and could have slept 5 adults as it came with a pullout couch. Staff were pleasant and responsive. You could hear people from the hallway if they were being loud enough but if your neighbors are being respectful, noise levels shuold not be a problem. “It was a very clean stay. It’s a self check in hotel which is a first. The main entrance looks like a restaurant which threw me off. No parking in hotel. Luckily there was a parking structure across the street.”

“This was my first stay at a Moxy hotel. I was pleasantly surprised by the exceptionally of the customer service. The girl that checked me in was very relaxed, full of smiles, and beyond sweet. I was overwhelmingly surprised at the little touches in my room which included a custom birthday message on the giant mirror. Even when checking out, there were two girls who were beyond pleasant, bubbly, and just genuine. I also enjoyed the bar tender who provided our welcome drink, as well as a follow up...
