“Property not fully secure. Back door was never locked. Room was dull. No real table and chair to sit at to eat and watch tv. Positive note quiet and clean.”

“Staff was cordial, helpful and friendly. Linens and bedding was clean. Some stains on pillows and comforter. We were just too tired to deal with that”

“The breakfast was adequate the pool and the hot tub we're good temperature was okay the room was clean the only issue we did have was the jetted tub that was in the room was actually dirty or when we turn the water on and have the Jets on there was a lot of stuff floating in the water”

“The breakfast bar was awful hardly anything on it couldn’t even find somebody to fill the coffee up. It was empty. The soap dish in the shower was scummy and black mold on it hasn’t been washed in forever. Beds are very uncomfortable and carpet was dirty.”

We had an in-room jacuzzi and it was immaculately clean. We go to Minocqua often, this was our first time staying at this hotel but we will likely stay here all the time now.”
