âThe host canceled our stay due to loss of heating. Unfortunately, she sent an email at midnight the night before our stay. I did not see the email and our whole family converged on the rental and were told it was unavailable. While I understand the need to cancel the reservation, I think a phone call would have been a better choice of notification. We were left trying to scramble for other accommodations for our family celebration at 4:00 pm on a Saturday.â

âProperty is very spacious. The owner was there to greet us. We were a few minutes early to check in, but he was welcoming. Invited us to use veggies from the garden. The house had plenty of space for our group. The kitchen was nice and big. The faucet at the sink was very loose, but worked fine. Great front porch! âAt the low price, I expected something kinda ratty. Pleasantly surprised by a clean and comfy room. It may have been recently refurbisheded. My room was large, with king sized bed, desk and rolling chair, easy chair and ottoman, and a long dresser holding a long HDTV. They even had a card with all the TV options listed, which is rare. AC worked fine on low fan speed, and was quiet. Shower was new and had good pressure. Only drawbacks: no coffee maker and no fridge, But breakfast was 6:30 am...

âThe hotel as such was perfectly OK and the pool area looked very nice although we never used it. The gym equipment however was very worn and rusty. Also the gym had neither towels nor disinfectant wipes. â

âWhat's a decent room for the price. It was clean and staff was very friendly. We did not use any of the amenities except for breakfast. I'm not a breakfast eater but my husband enjoyed it. The coffee was good. That was all that mattered to me.â
