Perched on the mountainside, the residence boasts an ideal location — offering both tranquility and easy access to the slopes.
Set away from the bustle of the main square (Place Olympique), yet just steps from the free Lac des Combes ski lift, conveniently accessible right from the base of the building.
Shops and restaurants in the main square are just a short 5-minute stroll away.

The residence has no private parking, but several public paid car parks (covered & outdoor) are available in Arc 2000.
Advance booking is highly recommended via Les Arcs Tourist Office website, especially in peak season.

● P3 → Below the residence.
● P2 → At the entrance of the resort.
■ COVERED PARKING (with electric charging stations – AC Type 2):
● P1 “Mont Blanc” → Below the residence:
• Approximately 8 charging points for electric vehicles.

The “Les Arcs Express” FUNICULAR connects the train station to Arc 1600 in 7 minutes (included with ski pass).
Train travelers can get a free return ticket upon presentation of their same-day train ticket.

Serve ARC 1600, 1800, 1950 & 2000 :
LINE 1 : Arc 1600 ↔ Arc 1800.
LINE 2 : Arc 1600 → Arc 1950 → Arc 2000 → Arc 1600 (≈ 25 min loop).

At the entrance of Arc 2000, take the “Impasse du Varet” on your left (opposite the “Mont Blanc ” parking).
You can stop briefly in front of the building to unload, then park in one of the resort’s car parks.
🚠+🚌 BY FUNICULAR & SHUTTLE :
(This service is available only during the winter and summer seasons) :
From Bourg-Saint-Maurice, take the funicular to Arc 1600, then the free shuttle to Arc 2000 and get off at “Parking Mont Blanc”.
From there, either walk up “Impasse du Varet” (on the left) or use the stairs through “P3” parking to reach the residence.
