  • Thinking of a woodland nature trail or spectacular coastal walks for your next getaway, then the beautiful coastal and suburban spot of Southbourne will be just the place for you.

    Make a home at this deluxe first floor 3 bedroom apartment that has parking for 2 cars at the rear of the property. This delightfully light, bright and beautifully decorated holiday home shall serve as the most perfect coastal town retreat for families, couples and the younger holiday goers who love to spend time building sandcastles and paddling in the sea. The apartment is a short walk to Southbourne high street where you will find the most incredible eateries, shops and bakeries. Head to Bakehouse Twenty Four for some of the finest pastries, bread and cakes that you ever find, the cinnamon rolls are just heavenly. For an epic dining experience that delivers amazing meals time after time The Larder House and Bistro on the Beach should be on your radar as these are both situated nearby the apartment. Beaufort Heights is close to Christchurch Town where there are some lovely eateries with stunning views that look out across the calm waters, such as The Boathouse, Captains Club and Christchurch Harbour Hotel. Last but by no means least, Bournemouth town centre is a short 12 minute drive away, with some much on offer our hope is that you have enough time to enjoy it all.

    The Bedrooms
    The bedrooms are an utter delight with whitewashed walls that feel inviting and some really homely accents and touches that give it that feeling of warmth. The ideal space for you to recharge and reset once you have drifted off, as the rooms happily will sleep 6 guests. The main bedroom has a deluxe king size bed. This bed does have an ingenious zip link feature, which allows the bed to be converted into twin single beds depending on your needs. The second bedroom is home to a small double bed that will provide a comfortable night`s sleep, underneath its soft, plump and fresh bedding.
    The 3rd bedroom features a double bed, providing comfortable sleeping arrangements for two guests. Each bed comes with fresh linens, cosy pillows, and warm blankets, ensuring a restful night`s sleep.

    The Kitchen
    The shaker style kitchen with plenty of storage to house all of the fresh produce, shopping or those pastries we mentioned earlier that you might want to stock up on has everything you will need during your stay so this ultimately will feel like home. Convenient appliances from the dishwasher to the washing machine shall be all ready for you to be able to fully utilise them, just be sure to pack your laundry detergent. The dining area is adjoined to the kitchen space and will seat you in its bench seating area as you come together to enjoy your evening meals.

    The Bathroom
    A gorgeous and character-filled family bathroom, for you to freshen up after days filled with spending time at the beach. Each and every day you will be welcomed by this luxe and tranquil haven complete with some complimentary luxury mini toiletries to get you started. These will readily accommodate long soaks in a tub full of bubbles or leisurely soap up and rinse down under the large shower head that is perched over the bath. We guarantee you will be feeling fresh, ready and raring to go, should you be heading off to bed or heading out the door for another wondrously adventure-filled day and embracing all that Southbourne has to offer.

    Southbourne attracts many families and vacationers due to its divine location making it accessible not only to the marvellously family-friendly Southbourne beach, but also to visit the most spectacular beaches in Boscombe that are a 20 minute walk away such as Fisherman`s walk beach. Southbourne is home to some of the most vibrant restaurants, cafes, shops and pubs. Unique coffee shops such as Coffee #1 and Little Perth that is a florist as well as a coffee shop are definitely worth a visit. Variety is the keyword here as you will have plenty of it during your stay when it comes to days out exploring this stunning coastal region.

    Please note that upon confirming your booking, we kindly request all guests to complete a pre-check-in form as part of our security process. This helps ensure a safe and smooth experience for everyone during your stay.

    - Strictly no smoking inside the property (penalty of £150.00 for non-compliance)
    - If the property has been found to be in need of a deep clean after the guests departure the guest in question agrees to pay £100.00 to cover labour and additional cleaning
    - Mandatory signing into the property via an external check-in form; failure to comply will result in cancellation of stay.
    - Please also note that if you are bringing a pet, that the fee is £40 per pet per stay for a maximum of 1. Pet is limited to hard floor areas and not allowed on furniture or in bedrooms. Kindly message us first as bringing of pet is subject to approval.
    - We please ask all guests to respect our neighbours. Quiet hours operate from 11pm to 8am.
    - Guests must manage waste as per the property manual, with a potential fee for non-compliance.

    d. Disclaimer for Unauthorised Changes: Any unauthorised early check-ins or late check-outs will incur a penalty fee of £50 per additional hour overstayed. A late check-out may also lead to a relocation and/or cancellation fee if it results in a loss of income due to disruptions in subsequent bookings.
