Tyst lägenhetskomplex med utsikt över Christiansted Harbour. Två sovrum, två badrum, fullt möblerad, parkering utanför gatan, stor pool på platsen med utsikt över staden och havet. David was very responsive throughout the entire month long rental. The rental is as pictured, a bit dated, but a perfect location. quiet and very safe, walkable to the boardwalk, eateries and shopping.The covered patio overlooking the shipyard was perfect for morning coffee and a beautiful backdrop while doing some work .

great location and nice condo

Shannon met us at the condo at checkin and was super helpful and made our stay a great week. Dave was also a great host. The condo is a little dated but beds are super comfy, great AC, washer dryer in unit, nice view from porch and the pool was wonderful. Awesome view from pool. Downtown was 10 minute walk. Bring bug spray the mosqitos were bad early morning and late evenings on porch due to a ton of rain before we arrived. View made up for the bug bites. I would stay here again...

Great Location, but Needs Update

An older property needing a deep cleaning, so if you are looking for antiseptic, keep scrolling. However, we survived just fine. Pros: It is in a quiet area that is an easy walk to Christiansted. It has a nice view of the harbor, although it’s lower than a lot of condos. It is spacious and the furniture is comfortable. If you are mostly walking, it is not too far up the hills. The swimming pool has an awesome view and is almost always empty. There are at least three exceptional restaurants within an easy walk in Gallows Bay, along with a nice grocery store and shops. Shannon, the property manager, was helpful and pleasant. Cons: It needs some serious cleaning. The floor looked like it hadn’t been scrubbed in ages, the curtains are dirty from touching the floor, and the tiny coffee maker looked like it never gets cleaned are just a few examples. This isn’t good enough for a place with a huge cleaning fee. The kitchen and bathrooms are outdated. The TV is difficult to figure out. The Wi-Fi didn’t work when we got there, but after several texts with Shannon, we got access to a service that did. The sliding door and screen to the deck were both worn and difficult to open. There is a working boatyard right in front of it, so there was some sanding and banging, but that was almost sort of interesting. At the very end of the booking process, you are given the unreasonable choice of a damage insurance policy OR give the owner an enormous deposit on your credit card.

Perfect Location in C'Sted

This was a great location, very quiet and comfortable. Everything was exactly as advertised and the proximity to downtown C'Sted is great. It is walking distance. It was great finding such a good spot in my old neighborhood.

Peaceful Paradise

Hosts were responsive, helpful and kind. We absolutely loved the location very peaceful except for a little traffic noise and the roosters early am but we didn't mind them. A nice park and beach 10 minute walk. Several resturants 5 minute walk, 15 minute walk to downtown, we felt very safe even at night The pool is amazing with an incredible view, again very quiet usually the only ones there, great place to watch the sunset The beds were super comfortable and cozy. We enjoyed the outdoor space however the seating could use a few cushions and a new screen on the the patio door to let fresh air in, we could not open any windows. A few negatives; the place could use a good cleaning, it smelled musty and was very dusty, the closet shelves were dirty, no hangers. The pots and pans were all very rusty and bad condition but able to find one good one but all we needed. You don't need a car with so much within walking distance but highly recommend one with so much to explore and do.

Convenient location, terrific pool

Ft Augusta is very conveniently located, an easy walk to at least three restaurants, the ferry to St. Thomas, and a grocery. You can walk into Christiansted from there as well. The pool on the property is really nice and the pool deck view is incredible. Most of the time we were the only ones using the pool during our three week stay. The property manager was very responsive, getting an appliance issue corrected the same day. The grill in the property photo doesn't work though, and one of the two showers did not work. It was being worked on when we arrived, but was not repairable at that time. .
