This swimming pool is about ten meters from the apartment <br>You will also enjoy a private and secure parking for 2 vehicles.<br>The apartment arranged in duplex, well air-conditioned, is rented in its entirety.<br>It has 4 bedrooms that can accommodate 6 to 10 people.<br>It allows good quality internet access, by Ethernet cable and wifi, inside the accommodation.<br>The openings of the doors and windows are equipped with mosquito nets.<br>The duplex apartment includes<br>In the lower part:<br>* Kitchenette with fridge-freezer, dishwasher, 4-burner induction hob, pyrolysis oven, microwave, extractor hood, pressure cooker, toaster, kettle, double espresso and traditional coffee maker. <br>* Living/dining room with 140cm wide convertible sofa bed for 2 people, equipped with a firm and comfortable mattress, sideboard, table, chairs, large flat screen TV.<br>* 1st bathroom with shower, sink, toilet and window. <br>* 1st bedroom for 2 people with a comfortable bed 160 cm wide, wardrobe and window.
