“Beetles in the bathtub, air conditioner was not very good. Had a huge gap in the door frame. Inconsiderate guests were loud and obnoxious all night, and when I spoke to the lady at the front desk, she acted as if it wasn't important for her to take care of. Although the bed was comfortable, I woke up with bite marks on the back of my head from bugs. I wouldn't recommend staying there and I will not ever stay there again.”

“My friend and I came into the hotel late and settled in. We immediately noticed the couch was filthy but decided that we just wouldn’t use it since we would be there less than 12 hours. When my friend was in the shower I pulled back the sheets and discovered that there was blood on the sheets and at least one of the pillows. I felt grossed out by this as I didn’t know where else hadn’t been cleaned so I called front desk and requested to switch rooms, they hotel was clearly not fully booked, but...

“The property was listed as having free continental breakfast- there was no breakfast, only coffee. There was constant noise/ talking in the stairwell through 2.30am. The TV didn’t work, the bathroom sink was not caulked and was held in place by 2x4s. No soap holder in the shower- the bracket was there. Hot water took 4 - 5 minutes to come through. There were no lamps in the room so bright fluorescent lighting or nothing”

“The staff was very helpful and kind upon arrival Friday evening as we where there for a graduation ceremony Saturday morning. The property has a huge problem with Roaches inside the rooms being used on the property. The rooms where located on the 2 nd floor for my family. Once exiting the elevator you where meet with yellow stains in the hallway carpet for days it appeared like throw up . “The hotel was comfortable, clean and well located. We loved having a water boiler and refrigerator. I would suggest that the floors get washed in the rooms regularly. My feet got very dirty walking barefooted in our room.”

“I was a solo traveler and stayed one night. The property was just okay. Everything appeared old and somewhat maintained. As a man, I was comfortable. However, I would not felt comfortable leaving my wife alone there for the evening. The breakfast was a joke. So don’t count on eating breakfast at the hotel. There is a full service restaurant adjoining the hotel’s parking lot. The food was good. I don’t require a lot when traveling, but I say pass on this one if you do require a “fancy” hotel.”

“The tv had limited channels and it buzzed for the first ten minutes. We were told the noise would stop. The internet was spotty when it worked. The door key timed out and had to be reprogrammed. ”
