âIt was not in the middle of Pittsburgh but very easy access to travel to the event and places in the city. The room was larger than in other hotels. The staff was very helpful. The breakfast was satisfactory. â
âI did have to switch rooms due to air conditioning problems and no towels and the room smelled like pizza .. she told me they were buzy the night before and ran out of towels and no one could come look at the air conditioning .. she offered no sutions ⊠⊠the staff was helpful after I insisted It wouldnât wait to morning..after switching rooms the open room had Towles magically there were some towels not in use !!!! that dismissal was a bit off putting .. had I not booked third party they would...

âCheck in process was great and staff was friendly/accommodating to allowing us to check in a little early! Walkable to tons of shops and restaurants and a short distance from the ballpark. We walked everywhere it was great. Hotel was quiet and bed was comfy. View was just ok but itâs a city view so I expected what I was getting. Easy check in/out on the app. â

âGood hotel centrally located but still a little by the side in a calm area. The hotel is not new. But the room was very good, modern, clean and big. Comfortable beds. Tv was new and modern. Minifridge and some of the furnitures had signs of wearness.
Parking was free which was very good. The first parking lot near the hotel felt more safe than the second parking lot further away which felt more unsafe.
