“The property is easy to access and the hotel looks really nice.....the breakfast was good and the shower was nice.....the bed on the other hand sucked I cud feel the springs in my hip and back all night it sucked to sleep on I woke up sore as hell”

“When we stay someplace we prefer not to do any house keeping. They had us throw our own trash and we had to leave early 5:30 am for a hospital procedure. This seems to be a trend and i dont care for it. Plus i am quite sure people are living there. Just gotten much worse since last time. We will not stay there again”

“I did not stay here. I drove around the building, to find the front office,and there were homeless people all around it. When I went into the front office, there was an obvious person, under the influence and probably homeless, trying to check in. The office also smelled heavily of smoke... I feared my vehicle would get broke into,so I left.”

“Utav alla hotell vi bott på under våran resa var detta bäst, stora rum städat, snyggt och väldigt skön säng. Bra service i receptionen då vi behövde taxi in till stan så hade dom en "egen" bil som dom ringde för hämtning. Samma bil hämtade oss när vi skulle hem. Det som var negativ var läget om man skulle till centrala Phoenix, det är 30min i bil, så taxin blir inge billig. Men är du påväg upp mot Sedona och Grand Canyon och vill ha det billigt och väldigt bekvämt finns det inget att tveka på!”

“I had a great stay here! There was a stain on my mattress topper and the staff sent someone immediately to fix it. Annabelle did such an amazing job changing my sheets for me and she was SO sweet! The breakfast was delicious and I had no problems with people being loud or anything. I would definitely stay here again.”

“6 months ago, this place was nice. Not sure what happened... New management perhaps. Anyway, toilet kept running, thermostat is for show only (obviously not connected to A/C), shower handle came off, etc. This place is in an industrial area, which is fine, but now they charge you for parking..... What?. So, you go to the bar, and they shut it down early, way before posted time. IDK... I am sure I expect to much, but this is not what we were used too after being there many times before. Hilton...
