âWe stayed in the Love Haven which was lovely and we had a lovely stay but have to give a bad review on the basis we went to shower in the morning before check out and noticed water was dripping through one of the lights downstairs. We immediately turned it off due to health and safety. When we reported to reception we were told oh yeah maintenance know about it but itâs a big job. When I queried this being a health and safety issue, I did not get a response. They also did not seem bothered that...

âStaff were very friendly and efficient, the hotel is very clean and well looked after, the rooms are spacious and well kept, great location, only a few minutes walk into the centre and 5 minutes from the Lake.â
