âReally enjoyed our stay from start to finish! The hosts went above and beyond to ensure we could enjoy the hot tub and had everything we needed to be comfortable. Breakfast was incredible! Would definitely stay here again! â

âI didn't realize there was a hold on funds as well as the fee to stay so that set us up for a sad stay, probably my fault for just being fairly new to staying in hotels. The guy behind the counter wasn't very personable or reassuring either. â
âWe cannot recommend âA view to rememberâ enough. Sue and Dann were just amazing, not only considerate, as I have an food allergy and they went out of their way to accommodate it, but they gave us great recommendations to visit surrounding places which we would never have found, and really enhanced our visit. The room was clean with lots of little extras which are not found in usual b&bs. A huge, huge thank you for a fun and enjoyable stay. â
âWhile its not one of the newest hotels in Kelowna, it was convenient option for us, while visiting a family member in the hospital.
The room was always clean, and the mattresses were very comfortable. We appreciated the daily coupons for breakfast at Ricky's, located next door. You can choose a $10 breakfast, or have $10 deducted from your menu choices.
All interactions with staff illustrated their commitment with excellent customer service. It was a very pleasant experience for us. â

"We had some problem with the AC in our room, it had a loud rattling noice. Staff checked it up and offered us another room. The AC was still somewhat noicy in this room as well but far better than first. We think maintenance did some adjustments because it was better later in the evening.
Otherwise good location and friendly helpful staff.
Bathrooms could need an upgrade.
We could stay again."
