Boyne City House, familjevänligt, gratis wi-fi, promenad till centrum och allmän strand

Vårt underbara 2700 kvadratmeter, har två våningar hem 4 sovrum, 3 badrum och sover 13 med gratis WI-FI. Efter att vi köpte vårt hem 2016 uppdaterade vi alla rum. Huset är en kort 3 kvarts promenad till BC restauranger och butiker och också en 3 kvarts promenad till Peninsula Beach allmän tillgång för bad eller bara slappa av på stranden. Huset har varit ett mycket populärt val för familjer som deltar i bröllop på Castle Farms, som ligger en kort 25 minuters bilresa bort. Köket har alla nya vitvaror i rostfritt stål, tvättstugan har en ny tvättmaskin och torktumlare, sovrummet har vackra nya möbler i stuga stil och det större sovrummet på övervåningen har 3 nya bäddstolar i full storlek, en timmerskåp och nattbord också. Vår inhägnad trädgård har en upphöjd däck med uteplatsbord och 4 stolar medan den nedre uteplatsen har en propangrill, eldstad med 4 stolar. Källaren renoverades helt under vintern 2017 och innehåller en 50 "platt-TV och soffa för TV-tittande, full storlek andra kylskåp, biljardbord av professionell kvalitet, fotbollsbord och ping-pongbord för att underhålla. Njut av ditt morgonkaffe som sitter på gungan på verandan eller på en av Adirondack-stolarna. Det finns parkering för fyra bilar i uppfarten på Park Street plus 4 ytterligare bilar eller två båtvagnar kan parkeras i uppfarten utanför gränden i trädgården. Downtown Boyne Citys fantastiska restauranger och shopping ligger bara några kvarter från huset. Och vi är 3 korta kvarter från Peninsula Beach, en härlig allmän strand med en lekplats, faciliteter och picknickbord. Om du är båtmästare kommer du att älska sjön Charlevoix! Harbour Marina och Boyne City Municipal Marina ligger inom gångavstånd och har uthyrningar att hyra. Boyne City har den största bondens marknad i norra Michigan och verkar varje onsdag och lördag i Veteran's Park och det finns vanligtvis också två eller tre matbilar. "Stroll the Streets" är ett varje fredagskvällshändelse under sommaren. Main Street är stängd för bilar och det finns band, matstationer och andra familjevänliga evenemang.

Our family had such a great time here! The house was really comfortable with plenty of space for everyone to relax and visit with local family. We loved being able to walk to town for food, shopping and especially Stroll the Streets! Being so close to Avalanche Mountain was also awesome. The kitchen was stocked with lots of extras, which made cooking meals easy. My mom absolutely loved sitting on the front porch each day. The weather was perfect. Such a great spot! We’d definitely love to come back!

Park Street gathering

Our family (9 of us from 3 generations) stayed at this property to attend a wedding at Walloon Lake Country Club. It was a great house. It was very clean and well supplied. I especially appreciated the high quality sheets. The basement has lots of entertaining games: pool, ping pong, foosball, beer pong, and Connect 4. Highly recommend staying here.

Boys’ Weekend

Everything was very clean and in good condition. Lots of areas throughout the house and outdoors to hang out. The basement game room area was especially fun. Love that it’s very close to downtown BC and the lake (less than 10 min walk).

Great house, host, city, & vacation!

Don’s 518 S Park Street property is clean, well decorated, spacious, and very conducive to family time! We felt so “at home” in this house for our vacation week! You can walk to town in only a few minutes and Boyne City has a beautiful beach, great restaurants, nice pickleball courts, and a fun downtown area. Don was very helpful answering questions before we booked the house and after we booked about Mackinac Island, which is only an hour’s drive from the house. The home was well stocked with everything we needed and the game room in the basement is top-notch! We highly recommend this property and will want to stay there if we ever visit Boyne City again!!!

Perfect for golf weekend at Boyne Mountain

Great place to stay for a golf weekend at Boyne Mountain. We had 8 in our group and fit just fine. Pool table, ping pong, and foosball in basement were added bonus.

Perfect House for Extended Family Vacation

Great location within a 5-10 minute walk of great restaurants and bars in Boyne City and a very clean public beach on Lake Charlevoix (which is a lot warmer than Lake Michigan). House listing was super accurate and the property owner was very accessible. Nice neighborhood.

Great House!

We had a wonderful stay. The house is very clean and beautifully decorated. All the bathrooms have been updated. Walking distance to town. There is a really nice game room in the basement. Nice outdoor space -private backyard with deck and patio with fire pit. Covered front porch with rocking chairs and a swing to relax and hangout. Host was extremely kind and helpful with recommendations on things to do and places to eat and shop. Will definitely stay again when in the area!

Perfect Getaway

Our first Annual Labor Day Family Getaway

From the first time I saw this house I knew it would be perfect for our family getaway. From the beginning to the end everything went seamlessly. The owner was quick to respond and made us feel welcome with all of the information he shared. The house was just as beautiful as the pictures and all eleven of us had more than enough room. The beach and town were within walking distance and the neighborhood was lovely. The sweeping front porch was one of our favorite places to sit and enjoy each other's company. We had a wonderful time and were wanting to rent it again next year but somebody beat us to it. 😞

Best family accommodations!

The home was beautiful, spacious, and conveniently located. We hosted a family reunion evening dinner for 25 and we all fit comfortably. The fabulous front porch was our favorite place to hang out. Coffee on the swing first thing in the morning set the wonderful tone for our days.

Amazing stay at large, beautiful home

We had a great experience with this rental and would definitely stay here again. Don has a very large and beautiful home that is great for a big group or family. We had a group of friends in town for a wedding nearby and we loved having the cozy common area, the game room downstairs, and the large backyard. We enjoyed our time in Boyne City. Beautiful property, great access to downtown. Enjoyed our stay. We had friends and family coming and going the entire time and everyone was so impressed with our location and the house in general. Ron and his family were very accommodating and easy to work with. Friends Weekend

We stayed for a “friends” weekend. The property was well equipped and in a great location- walking distance to town (about 2 blocks). The house was spotless . It is tastefully decorated. There is a terrific “sports” fun room in the basement with a kitchenette/full bar/ ping pong table/ separate pool table/ media area / game area for a large group. The backyard had a nice size green area, deck, a grill and a separate fire pit area. The only minor negative comment is that the outdoor table only sat 4 people ( we had 7). I plan on returning to this location!

Perfect location for our Fall trip

Staying at this property with VRBO was good experience for me and friends. We planned our fall trip & chose to stay in Boyne city. This location is close to downtown. The property is upgraded with almost everything equipped, Nicely cleaned & maintained. Basement is full of entertainment for kids and grown ups as well. I would definitely refer this property.

Perfect Once Again!

This was our third time to spend a week in this beautiful home in Boyne City and each time it gets better. The house is always super clean, has everything we could possibly need and a perfect layout for the 10 of us. This year we were surprised with a beautiful new fireplace in the living room, gorgeous updated bathrooms and a new ping pong table. The game room in the basement is the hit each year with the grandkids. The location is perfect. Lots of great restaurants in town, good fishing, and beautiful beaches and an easy drive to Petoskey and Charlevoix to hunt for Petoskey stones! Each year we find more to do and make more memories with our family. Thanks so much Don and Karen for sharing your lovely home!!
