Boyne Appétit can comfortably sleep eight adults—two in each bed. There is room for up to twelve, with four utilizing two luxury queen air mattresses.

When you need to spread out a bit, part of the group can enjoy hanging out in the upstairs living room while the others relax in the lower family room. Both are well-equipped with high-def LED TVs, with access to all the streaming you desire.

Sometimes, there's nothing better than sitting around a campfire with a guitar or a group gathered to sing their favorite tune while someone smashes the ivories. So you can leave your six-string at home and still enjoy a little musical fun with family and friends.

Q: Why do you require a rental agreement and security deposit?
A: Some listing platforms do a better job than others in protecting hosts from damage and ill-intentioned guests. Skyloft Realty is a professional team that rents spectacular places to excellent guests. We find that a clear agreement and money on the line help us attract only the best guests.

Q: Do you allow early arrivals or late departures?
A: Possibly. Message us with your request. If there is availability between guests, we allow for early check-in or late check-out for a fee of $25.

Q: Do you have local/cable/satellite television?
A: No. However, most streaming services, such as Netflix, YouTube, Hulu, and others, are available.

Q: Can we have one extra guest over your property max?
A: Even if your one extra is an infant, we are required to stick to our maximum occupancy based on local regulations. Violations can result in fines for you and us both.

Q: What’s the parking situation?
A: There is a single-wide driveway with plenty of room for two cars. There is no street or public parking nearby. Please do not park in the grass. With advance notice and a fee of $25/stay, we can accommodate up to two additional cars, your RV, or a trailer for your boat, jet skis, ATVs, or snowmobiles.

Q: Are your rates negotiable?
A: No. Our rates are automatically updated daily based on several factors, including availability, the season, and market demand. And frankly, Boyne Appétit is an incredible value.
