Walloon lk 2 bedroom + house in premium location, new dock and sun rises & sets

Guests are sure to enjoy all this prime location on Walloon has to offer. A recently updated contemporary cottage style home directly in the middle of the lake on the south shore with incredible sun rises and amazing sunsets with can lead to some great star gazing on clear nights on the brand new dock with 2 large platforms. There is plenty of room for lounging and relaxing after getting in and out of the sandy bottom water.

The largest sand bar on the lake is very close to the east ( Randall point) and just a short swim away is an additional sandy point out front, to the n west . Just off that point, there is a drop-off where the charter Fishmen make regular stops.

Inside:
The house has a very open feel with a vualted great room and kitchen area, comfortable chairs and sofas, a table for dinning and a great raised island area for additional congregating and sitting.
The main bath( full) is located just off of the great room and just outside the 2 bedroom. Above the bedrooms is a loft ( the only area of the house not at groung level) with lots of natural light and windows looking out at the lake on one side, and the wooded hillside on the other. The mater bedroom has wonderful views of the lake and dock. The master has a walk in closet and a master bath with jack and Jill sinks, a private closed toilet area and a over sized shower area with a full bench , jets & a waterfall head as well as a regular shower head. The second bedroom is non lakeside with a hill view and just the other side of that bedroom is a full laundry room.

Covered porch:
Back outside on the lake side there is a covered porch area with a couple of rocking chairs and other outdoor furniture to sit on if you don't want to be in the sun or sitting over the lake on the dock.

There is also a detached room that we call the studio which has a full bed in it. It has electric in it and plenty of windows and less then 50" from the waters edge.

Forest school mountain bike trails can be biked to right from the house.
