Bob's Beach House / stuga / bungalow, bara några steg till stranden!

Beach House Bekvämligheter: 2 sovrum och 2 badrum Max. Gäster 6. Queen size-säng (sover två) i sovrummet med eget badrum. Gäst sovrummet har en våningssäng med en full storlek på botten (sover två) och enkelsäng på toppen (sover en). Gästbadrummet har ett badkar. Det finns också en bekväm soffa i vardagsrummet.

Vi är stolta över att ha den renaste stugan i stan. Alla tegelgolv, alla vita sängkläder. Vår rengöringstjänst rengör alla ytor och sängkläder grundligt efter varje beläggning.

Stugan är utrustad med kastruller, mikrovågsugn, mixer, kaffebryggare, brödrost, strandhanddukar, solstolar, parasoller etc. Två platt-TV med kabel och internetuppkoppling.

Det bakre uteplatsområdet är uteservering utomhus och kopplar av efter en dag på stranden. Det finns också gas BBQ grill och hängmatta på uteplatsen. Privat och avkopplande!

Bara steg till stranden och nästa butik till berömda Surf Shop och Sea Side deli. Stugan ligger öster om A1A inga större vägar att korsa för att komma till stranden.

Great little gem along a beautiful coast

House was clean and fresh. The owner, Bob, is very responsive and really has everything organized and ready for his guest. The carport is a nice addition, especially when you get caught in the rain. We drove in with a 4door Jeep Wrangler, and that’s probably the biggest car you could use to get in and out comfortably, due to the tight alleyway access. It wasn’t a huge deal, but something to keep in mind. Keep in mind that in order to access the master bedroom, you do have to go through the bedroom with the bunk beds, could be an issue if you have little light sleepers traveling with you. The shower in the bathroom off the master bedroom is approx 3ftx3ftx6ft high, with low to average water pressure. The other bathroom with the tub/shower combo has more room to work with, but still has about the same ceiling height.The outdoor washer/dryer was so convenient, we actually washed and dryer most of our dirty laundry from the trip before leaving! The outdoor shower has great water pressure and even gives heated water! The beach chairs and beach umbrella that were on site for our use were beyond helpful for a day at the beach. We stayed here July 14-18 and basically had the beach to ourself most days. I would 100% recommend staying here and definitely take a drive up and down the A1A if you get the chance. Try not to leave food on the counter, especially overnight, as tiny red ants seem to find there way into things…especially boxed up sweets. Overall it was a great experience.

Perfect beach getaway

Booked a weekend getaway at Bob’s place with my daughter and her best friend (both 13 years old), and we were all so happy with how cozy and welcoming the house felt. Right away, we enjoyed the short walk to the beach. it was the perfect start to our stay. We were pleasantly surprised to discover Delray Beach just a 5-minute drive away, offering a bit more excitement for the girls.We also spent a fun day shopping at Boca Raton Town Center and ended it with a great dinner at The Cheesecake Factory. Each night, we looked forward to cozying up on the reclining couch and watching movies on the big screen, it really made the evenings special.The house was thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed, plus some great extras. We especially loved the boogie boards! Bob really goes the extra mile with details like the outdoor shower, plenty of towels, toiletries, and a great coffee setup.I also felt very safe in the quiet, well-kept neighborhood. Overall, a wonderful experience, I would highly recommend staying here and would definitely come back again! :)

Great proximity to the ocean. Short 5 min walk to the beach. Cottage was very well appointed with everything you could want or need for a beach vacation. Quiet and private location among other similar accommodations close to A1A and beach. Very clean and comfortable. Good value, will definitely return.

Great as always

This was my 3rd year at Bob's Beach Cottage. Outside table and chairs and other furniture upgraded since last year. It's nice that Bob continues to invest in and improve the place. With this location not much is needed. I appreciate all the beach gear and enjoyed the chairs to sit on the beach several times. I was able to work from the covered patio with easy stroll to the ocean or intracoastal. Enjoyed grilling. Used washer/ dryer for hosting various friends during the stay; all worked good. Looking forward to next year already.

Perfect!

This cottage was perfect for me and my Family. Bob is a great host. Beds are comfortable. bathrooms clean and they had lots of things we forgot...Thank you! The location could not be better! If you like beach days...this is the place! everything you need is there including the cart to load up and take with you. Couch reclines and is perfect for a nap! Tv is perfect! Met some neighbors who spoke very highly of Bob...This is really a special place! Large Surfing community in the neighborhood...if you surf...this is a Honey Hole with Nomad right next door...Perfect! Could not have been better!

Very nice 40th Birthday vacay!

My family had a great stay at Bobs Cottage! Location was perfect, right next door to a surf shop that had a great selection of items for the beach and beyond. Close enough to the beach to where you can walk back and forth many times throughout the day no problem. We watched sunrise a couple times as well. The little surfboard and boogie boards were great and the outdoor shower was a game changer.

My happy place

Second year at this property. New house color from last year and still a great setup. Used more of the outdoor grill this year. Large table outside under shelter is great for dining, playing games, and just enjoying the great weather. Easy walk to the ocean. So much provided like beach chairs, sun umbrella, and cart to tote beach gear. Hammock is great for relaxing in the evening. Roomba sweeps each day including under everything. Convenient clothes washer and double dryers. This year the convenience store / deli was fully up and running with anything I or friends wanted. Bob was easy to reach for any questions. Great experience.

Perfect beach cottage

This house was only 3 minutes walk to the beach and Bob provided all necessities (brand new chairs, umbrella, wagon, beach toys etc.). Beach was not crowded at all -- so private. The snorkeling was epic! We also visited Phil Foster Park. Bring your goggles/life jackets/vests if you snorkel. There was no dishwasher so we had to clean all the dishes but there were plenty of pans and dishes we could use. My family had such a wonderful time. Can’t wait to go back!

Another great visit

We try to get down to this spot once a year. It has that old Florida feel and it is truly a gem. Bob is an excellent VRBO host - very attentive and responds quickly. The surrounding neighborhood is cute and the locals are relaxed and friendly. There are nearby amenities (grocery store, restaurants, etc.) and lots of museums and natural areas to visit, in addition to being walking distance from Gulfstream Park.

We had a great time here, the cottage is as advertised. Amazing location, BEACH - A-1 Host! WiFi worked for remote jobs. Really tall people maybe uncomfortable- but husband is is 6’ 1”, and we are looking forward to coming back!

Quaint Bungalo

Great beachside bungalo that is spot on as stated. Very clean, parking is a little tight on the property but still easily able to maneuver a 7 passenger SUV in n out. Depending on how you’re getting there, do follow Bobs directions once on A1A as GPS maps miss the turn. Bob is accommodating and responds quickly. Would highly recommend!
