“I had high hopes for this place. The description said that we would be treated more than a number, as soon as we checked in, it felt rushed. There was an envelope with our name on it outside. A staff member I think came to show us where our room was again, felt rushed. In the description it said fresh fruit and snacks would be provided, there wasn’t any at all. “My wife and I stayed 3 nights in mid-March 2026 and had a wonderful stay. Cheryl B, the owner, was exceptionally gracious, attentive, and incredibly helpful whether it was offering dinner reservations at 2 difficult to come by restaurants, identifying the right hiking trails, or ensuring our made-to-order breakfast was cooked to perfection. The room we stayed in was recently renovated and very comfortable. Cheryl had an open refrigerator for extra waters, sodas, seltzers, etc and plenty of tasty...
