  • A new, stylish townhome located within walking distance of downtown Belgrade. Centrally positioned in Gallatin Valley, this home provides easy access to fishing, hiking, and skiing in every direction. Perfect for families, outdoor enthusiasts, or remote workers looking for a comfortable stay with modern amenities.

    Up to 2 dogs are considered with owner approval and a pet fee. Please inform us at the time of booking of the age, weight, and breed of the dog(s) you are planning to bring. If approved we have a $70 pet fee per dog per week.

    - Master Suite: King-size bed, en-suite bathroom with dual sinks & shower/tub combo is located upstairs.
    - Guest Bedrooms (2): Queen-size bed, ample closet space, and a shared full bathroom with a shower/tub combo located on ground level. The second guest bedroom also with a Queen-sized bed is located on the second floor.
    - Bathrooms: 1 full bathrooms on the ground level and second bathroom on the top level + 1 half bath on the main level.

Great weekend location for local wedding

We attended a wedding at the Gatlin River Lodge. This was the perfect spot - comfortable and convenient to the wedding venue plus easy access to hiking and town. The condo was spacious, clean and very comfortable

Epic Winter Skiing in Montana

Montana mountain getaway

We enjoyed our stay in this modern and clean condo. The location is excellent and the place is well-equipped. There is a Weber grill and a nice place to eat outside. We would stay again.

Great spot for family close to Bozeman

The location was amazing with young kids as the grocery store was literally 3 blocks away!! Perfect for our family of 5 - our friends recommended it and we were not disappointed. Highly suggest for families visiting Bozeman - it was a quick drive but not in the busy parts of town.

Great Weekend Getaway

The location was great! Easy access to the interstate so traveling to Bozeman, Four Corners etc. is super quick. We prefer staying in Belgrade when we visit Bozeman because it is quiet and has less traffic. The place itself was modern and had all desired necessities. Beds were also very comfortable!

Super cute

Super cute place. It had everything we’d possibly need. We weren’t there long. But, slept well. The AC got nice and cold at night during a warm front. We felt very safe there. It was decorated really nice. Thanks for having us

Overall good stay

The property depicted online is well represented. We really didn't spend much time at the property due beyond sleep, but the main take away was that the property managers communicated often and were responsive. Would recommend.

The property was great, very much as listed and described. They even have camp chairs and some other outdoor supplies in the garage for use. The only annoying thing was the nest thermostat would sense we were away and raise the temp (I get it…). But it was a little annoying because it would take a while to get the temp back down when going to bed a night. We’d definitely stay here again.

We had the BEST experience!

We absolutely LOVED staying at the Townhouse. Everything was clean and orderly, no issues at ALL!!! We loved how the condo was set up. Having guests leave things like laundry detergent and other shareable things is such a good idea. We left some tea and paper towels. We hope it helps the next guest a little. We will DEFINITELY be back.

Teddy's Townhouse

Beautiful townhome, very clean and quiet neighbors. I didn't realize check-in was at 5:00 and check out was at 10:00 when I booked. Not a huge deal, but we were hoping to get in to the town home sooner. The property was amazing though and we appreciate the management keeping us updated on a repair man that had to come by. Very considerate and courteous. Great stay!

Beautiful home

Our family had a wonderful time in Montana and Teddy’s townhouse was exceptional. Clean, beautifully decorated and close to highways and airport. The family room with dining and kitchen is a great place to hangout. Very thoughtful with blankets, pillows and games for the family to play. Very nice bedrooms nicely decorated. The master bedroom is upstairs with a nice office area in the loft area outside the room. Home is close to grocery stores and fast food. Short trip to Bozeman where we found wonderful restaurants to try each night. Close to the ‘M’ trail and the college. The place was like home away from home. Thank you for making it so nice that we didn’t want to leave.
