Tidigare känd som "Ski 5." Under nytt ägande med djup rengöring och uppdateringar pågår. Perfekt tillflyktsort för en familj eller en stor grupp vänner! Detta vackra hem med 6 sovrum ligger precis vid sjön och har fantastisk utsikt från vardagsrummet och två sovrum. Koppla av och njut av utsikten från det stora däck som gjordes för underhållande, den privata övervåningen skärmad i veranda eller dockan som är perfekt för fiske. Koppla gärna din båt till kajen under din vistelse (hiss är inte tillgänglig). Njut av ping pongbordet i solrummet eller välj ut ett av våra brädspel för att spela vid det stora matsalsbordet.

Med 6 sovrum finns det gott om plats för alla. Den övre nivån har 1 master svit med en king size-säng och 1 master suite med en queen size-säng. Det tredje sovrummet på övre plan har en dubbelsäng med en dubbelsäng. Det finns tre sovrum på den lägre nivån med en dubbelsäng. Övervåningen sovrummet har tillgång till övervåningen skärmad i veranda med utsikt över sjön och privat badrum. Detta sovrum har en dubbelsäng och en dagssäng för att rymma ytterligare sovande. Master-sviten har ett andra kök och en king size-säng i sovrummet. Sviten har också ett privat badrum med jacuzzi och tillgång till den avskärmade verandan.

Charlie's Place ligger i ett lugnt golfsamhälle, Tanglewood Shores. Du kommer att ha tillgång till rekreationsområdet i vårt samhälle. Du kan sätta båtar i vattnet här. Denna samhällspark har också ett badområde, lekplats, täckt skydd med grill, volleyboll och basketplan. Det finns tillgång till 9-håls golfbana och en gemensam pool mot en avgift. Livsmedelsbutiker och småbåtshamnen ligger i närheten. Rosemont Winery ligger precis vid vägen med rundturer och provsmakningar. Wal-mart och en liten biograf är i nästa stad över.

We had a wonderful time at this property! There were plenty of rooms to accommodate everyone and the outside space is perfection! The dock is so lovely, we spent most of our time there. The screened in porch was also a highlight. The host was very responsive and helpful. We would definitely stay here again!

Relaxing!

We had a wonderful stay! The house was spacious, clean, and perfect for a relaxing getaway. Plenty of room for everyone to spread out and enjoy their own space. The views were beautiful, and the setting was peaceful—exactly what we were looking for. The kids especially loved the ping-pong table, and there were lots of great spots to gather, eat, and unwind. It was a great mix of fun and relaxation. We'd definitely come back!

Great for Families

We had a great time at the lake. The separate space upstairs was great to have the families with littles stay so they could get up in the morning and have their quiet time before the rest of the house got up. Loved having kayaks on premise to use!

This house was perfect for my family of 9, ages 70 to 3. The most interesting thing about this visually appealing, well-appointed house is that each of the two levels is a complete living area. Each level has three bedrooms, two complete baths, a fully stocked kitchen, living room area with TV and an enclosed porch facing the lake. The boat- house dock was adequate for the pontoon boat we rented, and fish are easily caught from the dock. Use lite line, very small hook, worms and a boober and you'll catch fish near the vegetation to the right of the boat house early and late in the day. Adam is a great host, and we hope to rent this property again next year.

Peace and Quiet in a spacious house

Our family had a wonderful stay in this house close to the lake. It was spacious and comfortable with a beautiful view of the lake from the top screened in porch, on the large deck or at the fire pit.

Fantastic Family Space for Vacation

So much to love about our stay here! Room for everyone, with two full kitchens was ideal for our group. We were traveling with our parents, so having the separate living space for them to retire to was ideal. Plenty of spaces to spread out and and be together - Outstanding for our group of 9 ranging in age from 31 to 85! We spent a lot of time on the dock, and floating in the water reconnecting. We brought our own "floaties" but there were plenty of options there. Several kayak trips were taken. Just want to note that the water is shallow at the end of the dock and in the entire cove. Definitely cannot jump/dive into the water, but we all adjusted just fine since we're grown ups! A GREAT vacation was had by all, and our host Adam was amazing. Thank you so much for sharing your awesome house with us!

Great House on a Tranquil Lake

This was our 2nd year at this house and for the 2nd year it was excellent. The owners, Adam and Ana, do a great job in maintaining the cleanliness and condition of the house. There is ample room for the entire family to spread out. The cover dock is perfect to hang, read a book and have a few drinks. The lake is terrific to swim, kayak or just float on a tube. Looking forward to returning in the future.

Fun with friends

The house was spotless when we arrived. Communication with the owner was great. Loved the separate kitchen and living room upstairs if you wanted to get away from the main area for quiet time. Fun with the kayaks the dock and boathouse was clean. Large deck/patio.would book again without hesitation.

Great Get Away

We were very happy with this property. Large enough and beautiful views. Kids enjoyed ping pong and swimming and we enjoyed having enough space for everyone. Will likely book again. Great communication. Parking is limited but we were able to make it work.

Pure Perfection

We had a great visit with our children and grandchildren. Our family boat was a great hit and the children wave boarded, went tubing, and enjoyed the water. There are panoramic views of the beautiful lake from the rear of the property. You can swim, float and hang out by the dock. Very spacious house that housed 13 of us very well. All the children and grandchildren said it was one of the best vacations our family has taken. Enjoy!

80th birthday family reunion

This 6-bedroom home allowed us to all gather for a multi-generational family birthday. The house offers lots of space for everyone to have room for activities: 2 kitchens, 2 living rooms, a glass enclosed porch with ping pong table, a screened porch, a large dining area and expansive decks. There is a dock to tie up a rental boat. The owner supplied toys for kids, lots of videos to watch during quiet times, and all of the dishes, glasses and appliances you could need. The house is in good shape though the driveway is difficult to navigate. We all had a good time and the owner was wonderful to deal with.

Lake stay

Large, beautiful property that is well taken care of. But, if you tow a boat it is a hard place to store it on the trailer. Otherwise it is spacious and very easily accommodates multiple families and has a nice sprawling outdoor area and dock.

Lake Getaway

We needed a place to celebrate 3 April birthdays...with 3 separate family groups. There were 8 of us so there was plenty of room for all of us. Lots of bedrooms and bathrooms. Two kitchens and two living rooms. We spent the time swimming in the lake, kayaking, playing ping pong, and playing games. We all had a great time!

GREAT Week at Lake Gaston

Our two sons, their wives and three very young grandchildren (5, 3 & 6 mos,) were very comfortable because of complete “apartments” upstairs & downstairs. The outside areas gave us plenty of options for socializing, especially the fire pit and the boathouse/dock. We anchored a large floating mat away from the dock, and it became a perfect swimming area for the kids and adults. We also enjoyed the two kayaks to explore the lake. It was ALL LAKE ALL THE TIME!

The Lake

Loved the home gave us plenty of space for all our family. Easy access to the lake and loved the covered dock for hanging out. Our issue was the driveway. It did not work for us. Too steep and not enough room for parking. Also it would be very helpful to have the house number posted some where. The host was very responsive and very easy to deal with. Terrific Lake Front House

What a great house right on the water. For 8 adults and a toddler, there was plenty of space to spread and not be on top of each other. The owners, Adam and Ana, have done a terrific job in making the home feel comfy. The house was clean and in good working condition. The dock was a nice size to just hang and having the 2 kayaks was very handy. We loved it so much, already booked to return next year. Dates starting to fill up. Thanks Adam and Ana!!
