Marina and boat launch are very close. Across the cove is Shady Shack,
an on water dining restaurant. There is a neighborhood golf coarse and community pool. Neighborhood trash area.! Paved driveway with 6 parking spots. The house location is very private. This house is very spacious, great for family get togethers.

Walking into the house there is a large foyer with half bath that leads into the living area with a 75" LG smart TV and plenty of comfortable seating. That leads right out to the waterfront porch. You can't help but relax as you overlook the water!

Heading to your right is a very spacious kitchen that has bar stool seating all around. It features stainless steel appliances including a new Frigidaire Gallery double oven and microwave. Kitchen is fully stocked. Includes: kettle, blender, keurig Duo (both k-cups and 12 cup carafe), 90 can Aaobosi beveridge cooler, flat stove top, Bosch Dishwasher and LG Refrigerater with front ice/water dispsenser.
The fridge is side by side with 2 freezer drawers on bottom. There is also another standard fridge in the garage just steps away. The Laundry room is also next to the kitchen with LG Heavy duty top load washer with LG heavy duty front load dryer. Laundry room has sink and a drying rack.

Beside the Kitchen is the dining area overlooking the water. To the right of that is newly screened in porch overlooking the water. The grilling area is right outside that. Pick your grill; gas, charcoal or pellet.

On the other side of the main floor is a large master suite with master bath. King size with with a cute sitting area under the window overlooking the water. Large walk in closet. The master bath has 2 sink areas, walk in shower, private toilet and large jetted tub.

The stairs leading to the 2nd floor are spacious and easy to manage.
Once there you are in another comfortable living area that has a sleeper sofa and a TCL 55' Roku TV.

There are 2 full baths on the second floor with 2 Queen bedrooms, 1 King bedroom and one bunk bedroom. All rooms have updated furntiure and are beautifully decorated with water views. The two queen rooms have an adjoining balcony overlooking the water.. The very spacious Bunkroom consists of two bunks. Fulls over Queens. Top Bunks are for under 115Lbs. (There is also a pack n play in closet)

There is also a children's playroom upstairs that has a TCL 55" Roku TV, foosball table and futon.
