This lovely home is only a block-and-a-half away from the riverwalk and Manatee River, one-and-a-half miles from The Bishop Museum Of Science And Nature, and six miles from Bradenton Beach and Anna Maria, where you can make special memories to ride horses in the gulf. Spend your days on the white shores participating in fun rentals and excursions like surfing, boating, deep-sea fishing, paddleboarding, and every other waterfront activity imaginable. Explore the city and discover local eateries, arts, entertainment, and an array of family-friendly attractions.

Upon entry, you'll be met with a bright interior and a warm feeling of welcome throughout the space. The open and airy floor plan promotes togetherness, so no conversation will be lost here! Settle on the plush furniture and warm yourself by the fireplace, or take in a movie on the large TV. Prepare grand meals and beach picnic snacks in the full kitchen, equipped with all the cupboard room you'll ever need. The bedrooms are comfortable and spacious, with ample room for personal effects. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). Our son's wedding weekend.

Beautiful spacious house and property, a lot of parking available on the driveway, washer and dryer, enough sleeping room to accommodate at least 8 people. The only thing that I thought was missing were extras that I usually find in rental houses, like bikes, beach equipment and stuff, toys and board games. We did not need any of these things, but other families might. You cannot take everything with you even if you're driving.

Mostly good but not perfect

The house was spacious and the neighborhood was nice. Furniture is worn and some small appliances did not work, This unit has no mail box causing us extra work and expense. Roach infestation was a problem but vacasa acted quickly to end it.The real drawback was the total cost of rental. We've been coming to Florida since 2009. The rental for this unit was twice what we paid for another place in 2024. Our 2026 trip will depend on finding lower rental charges.

Not what I expected

It was not as clean as I had hoped it would be from the reviews. It had a musty smell. The backyard was just dirt and one side had a plastic flimsy fence. Not really dog friendly or kid friendly. However, there were a lot of towels and sheets and blankets. The AC worked great. There was plenty of hot water and water pressure. It said that it would sleep eight. However, dishes and silverware would’ve been only enough for six. You will need to bring your own condiments. and rugs if you like rugs in your bathroom And facial tissue. The neighborhood was very lovely.

Football Camp Stay

My wife and I (the grandparents) and our son and grandson (12) spent 6 nights at the Manatee River House while our grandson attended a football camp at the IMG Academy. The house was as advertised: very comfortable, large rooms, well appointed kitchen, good WiFi and television sets, excellent washer and dryer and good location. We were very satisfed with the accommodations and enjoyed our stay. No complaints.

Manatee River House

Beautiful house close to shopping, restaurants, and not far from beaches. Couple little tweaks were needed during my stay. The faucet in the master bath had a pretty substantial leak. Contacted the property management via text & they said they’d have someone out to look at it which never happened. Also had an issue with the washer and again contacted the property mgr. Someone was out within a 1/2 hour. Repairman did say the machine was very old & the fix was temporary. Also, the backyard is not enclosed as stated. It is open on one side to a neighboring yard, although there is quite a lot of vegetation along where it looked like the side fence used to be, so it wasn’t a bi* problem for my dog. All in all! I was very happy with my stay at the Manatee River House.
