This is a free trolley that goes up and down Anna maria island and a bus comes to every stop every 20 minutes.
There are 26 stops in total on the island so you can get anywhere. FREE! You can also check out the Gulf Island Ferry to get out to the island and enjoy some sights along the way.

Download the `mystop` app and click on manatee county to get real time updates on bus expected arrival times.

If staying in the area, we do suggest renting a vehicle.

Please note we do have cameras ONLY outside for everyone`s safety.

These cameras are located by the front door and around the back of the house.

They will record audio and video.

Please note we do not offer refunds of any kind for any reason if it’s outside of the cancellation policy in place. Your booking platform offers trip insurance for each reservation that must be purchased at time of reservation. If you miss this opportunity, you will need to purchase private trip insurance to ensure you can cancel for any reason, outside the normal cancellation period.
1. There is absolutely no smoking of any kind allowed inside the house. There is a designated smoking area by the lounge chairs outside. Please dispose of ashes and butts in the ashtray provided. Please be certain to extinguish completely. Failure to abide by this rule will result in full loss of Security Deposit.
2. People other than those in the Guest party set forth above may not stay overnight on the property. Any other person in the property is the sole responsibility of the Guest. Guests are not allowed to exceed the occupancy limit agree to above.
3. Guests should not create excessive noise at a level that disturbs neighbors; Code-enforced neighborhood quiet hours are from 10:00pm - 8:00am. Please respect our neighborhood and be “good neighbors” as some may not be on vacation and have to work.
4. One dog is allowed but only low shedding well behaved dog. There is a non-refundable pet fee of $239. Please message me to discuss. Violation of the pets rule will terminate your rental agreement with no refund. If your dog damages or ruins anything you will be charged. Please respect our home and cleanup after your dog.
5. Parking: parking is limited to two vehicles. Vehicles are to be parked in the driveway. Any illegally parked cars are subject to towing and applicable fines/towing fees are the sole responsibility of the vehicle owner.
6. Garbage: Any garbage must be stowed in the proper garbage or recycling receptacle, located at the side of the house. Trash day is Monday and Fridays. Please take the recycling and/or trashcan to the curb on that day and bring it in after pick up on that day.
7. Water and hot water: DO NOT FLUSH anything other than toilet paper. No feminine products or diapers should be flushed at any time. If it is found that feminine products or diapers have been flushed and clog the system, you could be charged for the repairs and damages.
8. Do not set the air conditioning temperature below 68°F. The coils will freeze and you will be charged for damage to the unit.

We supply the first serving of coffee & water for your convenience as well as the essentials for example paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags etc. after that it’s your responsibility.
