Welcome to our beautiful newly renovated family-friendly vacation home! With 2,500 square feet of luxurious open living, your family and friends will have plenty of space to relax, unwind, and make wonderful memories together. The backyard is a stunning sanctuary!! Completely redone in March 2026.

Redesigned and completely updated interior and exterior, The Sanctuary is now available! The new house plan is perfect for large families as it is open and spacious with a large pool area, several sitting areas by the pool, large lanai, hanging bed, egg chairs and gorgeous yard. It has four bedrooms, two bathrooms, three eating areas, two family rooms, a game room in the garage, a large pool, a cozy front porch, and plenty of outdoor seating by the pool to relax and entertain. Plus, you'll have the convenience of four parking spots and trailer and/or boat parking for your weekend adventures.

From the house you can take a bike ride or walk to the nearby Desoto National Memorial, or Palma Sola Botanical Park, and explore the beauty of nature. Or relax on the front porch or by the pool and enjoy the sunshine and fresh air!

LOCATION
This beautiful home is located in a family-friendly neighborhood and conveniently close to a variety of activities and amenities:

6 miles to the white sand beaches of Anna Maria Island
3.8 miles to the Bradenton Area Convention Center
2.8 miles from Blake Medical Center and
1.4 miles from Bradenton Country Club

The home has luxurious features such as large granite counters, vinyl flooring throughout, and a luxurious master suite. The master suite includes a king bed, a two-person shower and a desk for remote work, adding even more comfort and charm.

Comfortably accommodate up to 10 adults with the master suite, 3 additional bedrooms and a full bath. In the 3 additional bedrooms are another king bed, two queen beds, and a full-sized loft bed, allowing you to sleep generations of family and friends. IMPORTANT SAFETY RULES
It is extremely important to us that everyone staying is safe in and around our home, and we're happy to provide you with a few items and rules to help ensure that.

First, there is NO smoking or vaping inside the house or by the pool. An ash tray is on the porch by the adirondack chairs to accommodate those who do smoke. We have a 24/7 ADT fire and CO monitoring service for the house and the garage. The fire extinguisher and a first aid kit are located in the laundry area in case of any emergencies, and an additional cooking fire extinguisher is under the sink in the kitchen.

Second, children and vulnerable adults MUST be watched at all times; especially while using and by the pool. We have provided items for you to use to protect your family:

* Pool doors and window alarms (must be set by you)
* Pool door and window locks that are out of reach of young children.
* Pool hook and pool ring next to the pool, if needed.
* Water watcher tags by the pool siders to remind you to identify who is in charge of pool safety at all times.
* Pool monitor when not in use. You must get it up. Instructions are on side of refrigerator.

PLEASE use ONLY plastic by the pool for your safety.

Third, there is one "ring" camera and automatic light fixture on the front of the garage. The lights will turn on when you arrive at the house to ensure the area is well lit.

LAST BUT MOST IMPORTANT ~ NO PARTIES
I want everyone to enjoy their time however I cannot express enough that we DO NOT ALLOW PARTIES AT ALL and anyone who breaks this rule WILL be immediately evicted without refund and subject to an additional $500 eviction fee. This includes playing loud or vulgar music outside, any drug use on the property including marijuana with a medical ID (do it somewhere else), any excess cars or guests. We allow 4 cars maximum (No street or yard parking and no trailers). Absolutely no indoor smoking including the garage. Everyone in the booking must be 25+ unless accompanied by parents and send ID upon booking. 10 adults Maximum. We care about our neighbors, and our home, and this behavior is not allowed at this property. If this is your intention, PLEASE do not book!

GOING TO THE BEACHES?
Beach Equipment: 4 sand chairs, 2 umbrellas, large beach mat, 4 small coolers, a wagon and sand toys provided.

KIDS STUFF
So you are not packing more than you have to, we provide:
2 Pack n’ Play
3 toddler floor mat
1 Stroller
1 Highchair, and
Kids’ dinnerware.

THE HOUSE
All TVs are Smart TV's with Roku and all remotes work on all TVs!
Linens and towels provided (bath and beach!)
Three bedrooms behind the living rooms and one master suite with its own access to the pool area behind the kitchen.

POOL AND LANAI
Outdoor egg chairs that seat 4, 4 lounge chairs, table seating for 6 and 4 bar stools. Lots of additional chairs and seating by the pool to enjoy the beautiful Florida weather.

Pool Settings are all scheduled, and pool heat is free of charge. The heater runs from 6am to 6 pm. Pool Heat is set to 85 degrees, however if air temps drop below 70 degrees it can affect pool temp, so unfortunately pool temperatures cannot be guaranteed.

KITCHEN AND DINING
There is a beautiful, fully equipped kitchen open to the rest of the living space because we always hang out by the food! The kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, granite counters, and LARGE center island FOR COOKING!

game table in the living room w/ 4 chairs.

Plenty of place settings incl drinking glasses, wine glasses, coffee mugs plus kid friendly dinnerware, pots and pans, cooking utensils, mixing bowls, baking dishes, pizza pan, cookie sheet, toaster, blender, crock pot, can opener, wine opener, measuring cups/spoons, coffee maker (including complimentary coffee, filters and creamer!)

GRILLING
A Grill with propane tank is provided. Our cleaners perform a basic cleaning of the grill. We do not refill the tank, so when it goes empty, please feel free to exchange the tank at a local gas station or Home Depot for around $20.

This is FLORIDA! We have our pest control team out regularly however, you may see an occasional pest or gecko! Please be sure to close the doors because they will sneak in behind you when you go in and out! Also, be sure to understand red tide so if it is on the beach you are not surprised!
