“Great breakfast, nice room”

“This property is completely unsanitary. As soon as you walk into the lobby, you’re met with old mattresses stacked against the wall and clutter everywhere. I was first assigned Room 117, and the moment I walked in, there was a strong musty odor. When I checked the bedsheets, they were filthy—covered in stains and small bugs. I returned to the front desk to request a different room, but the second one, Room 105, was even worse. There were dead roaches on the floor and in the shower, the mini...

“Rooms were clean except for the bed sheets had stains on them which wasn’t appealing to have to sleep on. The staff were very helpful and friendly with easy check in. No coffee out front for guests or in the rooms so be prepared to have to go out to get some in the morning. Didn’t have time to check out the pool. I would stay here again if I needed to.”

“We booked this hotel for a concert in Gainesville. When we arrived, there was five couples standing outside waiting to register. All of us needed to get to the concert in order to find parking before got too late. We waited an hour and 15 minutes for one couple to be processed. The gentleman who worked there was very nice, but was working with extremely limited resources. I think he did the best he could, but the rooms were substandard, dirty, and we didn’t get our room till 1:30 in the morning....

“The property was clean and neat. It was quiet for a good nights sleep. The bedding was great! I slept well after a long day’s drive. My only negative was the TV remote. Couldn’t get it to work, went to the desk and was explained to about the remote. Still couldn’t get it to work. No problem. Went to sleep! Maybe next visit!”
