“Took 3 days to fix a broken floor button in one of the elevators. Unfortunately, this was my floor. Also, none of the cardio machines were working, all for different reasons. They were fixing them the morning I left after my 5 night stay.”

“The hotel looks clean but we booked there with our daughter because of the pool and it was out of order on the day we checked in and the next day. The bed we used was sinking in the middle and needed replacement. It was very uncomfortable to sleep on. Other than that, the staff were all nice and helpful.”

“Sue & Manny were incredibly warm and welcoming hosts. I loved how they decorated the Rustic Barn for Christmas - made me feel like I was home when I couldn’t be during this time of year. They even went above and beyond with my dogs and would bring them up to play with their dogs - my dogs always wanted to go upstairs when we’d go for a walk when I got home from work! She would keep me updated on how the were doing during the day and send pictures - it was a real family feel! I am so grateful to...
