“The overall property was great, including the staff (superb). The problem was the hot water was broken, and unless you asked, no one was going to say anything. As a paying customer, the staff should’ve been calling each and every occupant to let them know what was going on two out of my three nights or without hot water without any kind of a follow-up. ”

We shopped for our groceries and cooked our own meals. “Best value for money in Kingston. Safe, clean apartment with everything you need for self-catering and great air-conditioning and wi-fi. So close to the US Embassy, our trip went smoothly. Only issue is that check-in is very late and check-out is very early.”

“The place was old, swimming pool dirty and over all not a safe place to stay. Though in the heart of New Kingston the hotel is located on a back road where it wouldn’t be safe to walk on your own. Checked out after only a few minutes! Also had a man on the property watching us like a bate who easily passed the security, not safe!”
