“Our room was not ready after 8pm when we arrived to check in. They then stated it was and we checked and it still wasn't. We left and went elsewhere.”

“The hotel and room were clean and everyone we encountered was friendly and helpful. The beds were comfortable but the pillows were small. We were also right along the road and could hear the traffic.”

“Parking was okay, but the traffic on the street in front of the hotel was terrible. The hotel needs to trim the tree at the entrance to the hotel. It's impossible to see the coming traffic on the curve. Very dangerous.”

“I booked a stay planning for a possible extra guest and two small dogs which could not make it. I loved the fact that the hotel is dog-friendly. Without the extra guest and doggies, however, the room felt underwhelming, and one of the beds had a very weak and creaky mattress that should have already been retired. All amenities were adequate, and the young man at the front desk upon arrival was excellent, but overall, the hotel did not really rise to its nightly rate, imo.”

“The breakfast was great with lots of choices. Even a picky eater could find something offered. The pool & Jacuzzi were also well used by us & our granddaughters. The room itself was comfy, clean, & had a microwave & frig & enough room for 4 small suitcases to be opened at the same time. Bathroom toilet paper holder was loose on the mount so probably needs a bit of tightening & the peephole in the door was missing the insert so you could actually see right into the room in tiny hole area so...

“Exactly what you need for a decent price. Staff was very helpful, especially when I needed to ask about the ingredients in some of the breakfast items. Hotel was clean, comfortable, and quiet.”

“The breakfast buffet was great, and we appreciated the daily variety. The staff was also courteous and even offered us a cookie upon our arrival. The room, however, was pretty awful. It smelled really funky and there’s no way we’d walk barefoot on the carpet. The chair and ottoman were, literally, filthy. We put our suitcases up on the table and the desk. “The TV service was bad. Remote was useless could not access channel's direct on numbers and could not turn off cloes captioning.”

“Could hear steps of guests in room above which is unusual in a hotel. Room was sparse. No closet or drawers. Did not use breakfast buffet except for fruit. A bunch of very green bananas.”

“Restaurant was nice. Did not dine there as I had other plans while I was in town. Cafe and gift shop had odd hours and were never open while I was in the hotel. Rooms were nice, but the king bed rooms were very tight, and there was not a lot of space for suitcases and walking around. Granted, I did not select the upgraded rooms, which were larger. Access to self-parking was easy and covered. Lots of food options within walking distance.”

“good: breakfast was plentiful and full. staff were very friendly. everything was honestly fine except... bad: everything had a film of grime on it, pretty dirty unfortunately. maybe I wouldn't have minded if I didn't have my toddler around but even the chairs in the breakfast area were covered in grime. was it butter? I don't know.”
