The location is fantastic, close to everything we needed, and while the dock access was a bit inconsistent, it still added to the charm. We weren’t sure why access was restricted at times, but it would be helpful to have clearer communication about this. The condo was very clean and well-maintained. The kitchen was fully stocked with appliances like a Keurig, air fryer, toaster, and more, which made meals easy. There’s no pantry or extra space for groceries, so be prepared. Also, basic items like dish soap, paper towels, laundry detergent, and name-brand toilet paper were not provided more than a one day supply. One quirk we noticed: the refrigerator took a long time to cool down, so we recommend waiting a bit before stocking it fully. Check-in also requires an offsite stop, which caused some confusion and a little frustration at the beginning of our trip. Our favorite feature of the condo was hands-down the bonus room off the living area and primary bedroom. It has a super comfy reclining loveseat, a great view of the lake, and its own TV. Our kids loved hanging out there, and it was a perfect space for them to spend time together outside of the bedroom. The bedrooms were all equipped with TVs, fans, extra blankets, and plenty of storage space. The building has an elevator, which made moving luggage and supplies a breeze, and we never had an issue finding parking. Despite a few minor hiccups, we truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely return!

Nice yet lackluster

First I’d like to say that I am 100% honest on my surveys. The property was nice and at a great location and view. The interior was nicely furnished. Their was a few things that I did not care for as follows; Water when taking a shower or bath was not hot, we had luke warm showers and baths. We found little items like little rubber bands throughout the condo on the floor. Their were no seasonings or condiments of any kind not even a small amount to use until we went to the store. Overall, we enjoyed our stay but for the price we expected more. Not disappointed, just expected more.

Absolutely wonderful

This condo is just beautiful. It is very spacious, very clean, and it was so nice for eveyone to have their own bathroom. The sunroom is great for the kids to play board games and watch tv. And the view! Just gorgeous. The property is nice, and within about a 10 to 15 min. drive to the strip, downtown and Silver Dollar City. It was 20 mins to Lost Canyon which is definitely worth the drive. The condo had everything we needed, nice and quiet and there are even luggage carts to take your luggage and bags up the elevator to the 4th floor condo. The main office of Thousand Hills was very responsive in sending someone out when we couldnt get logged into the Wifi Network (previous guest had disconnected the router) and gave us great deals on show tickets without any sales pitches like the other places. Quick and easy. All around great experience and a great family vacation with the grandkids.

Fantastic stay

We really enjoyed our stay. Plenty of room. Beautiful views. Super comfortable beds. Little annoyed by the garbage truck collection at 3:30 on Saturday morning. Weird. But I doubt the owner/manager has much input in that. Overall very happy.
