This new 4 bedroom condo is nestled atop the Ozark hillside in Branson, MO! The back balcony provides a beautiful, panoramic view of of the Branson strip sitting amongst the rolling Ozark hills! The location cannot be beat, sitting in the trifecta of the best Branson activities. Drive 5 minutes to all the entertainment that the Branson 76 strip has to offer, drive 8 minutes to Branson's theme park Silver Dollar City, and drive 10 minutes to the closest marina on Table Rock Lake! (Please know, this is a second floor condo, so you must climb one flight of stairs to reach the front door.)

THE SPACE
You will be greeted with warmth and character the moment you step inside this brand new 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom condo! The brick wall in the living is sure to be a showstopper and the open concept will make sure everyone feels included! Sink right into the faux leather couch and relax while enjoying a show with on the 65 inch Samsung smart TV. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you would have at home to be able to cook up your favorite meals. There are plates, wine glasses, pots, pans, a blender, a griddle, cookie sheets, and more. Pull up one of the leather barstools to keep the cook company or take a seat at the vintage dining table and enjoy a homecooked meal together or one of the many close options for delicious takeout!

Stepping out to the balcony, the view is breathtaking during the day but just as cool at night when the lights of the Ferris wheel can be seen in the distance! Relaxing on the back deck will quickly become a favorite spot for a morning cup of coffee or a glass of wine on a cool evening soaking in the view of the Ozarks.

The primary suite also has private access to the back deck as well as a king size bed and an attached ensuite bathroom. You'll sleep well snuggled in the luxury wood beam bed, high quality sheets, and fluffy duvet. Double sinks in the attached bathroom gives you each your own space to get ready and the tile walk-in shower gives the ensuite that high end feel!

Down the hallway on the main level are two more bedrooms, one with a queen bed and one with a king bed, sharing a hallway bathroom in between. Both have their own smart TV's and high quality bedding! There is also a washer and dryer on this main level with detergent provided!

Then head on upstairs for the bonus living room, the last bedroom, and one more bathroom.

THE CITY
The Vineyards Terrace location is ideal, just 5 minutes from the HWY 76 Strip, Branson's entertainment district! Explore the wonder of the Wax Museum, Ripley's Believe It or Not, WonderWorks science museum, or the Aquarium at the Boardwalk! You could choose to go up on the Ferris wheel (brought in from Chicago's Navy Pier) or experience one of the many Branson shows! Outlet shopping at the Tanger Outlet Mall, antiquing, go-carting, and mini-golf are other favorites and everyone should experience Andy's Frozen Custard after a delicious dinner of local barbeque at Gettin' Basted or Danna's!

The Branson Landing offers another plethora of activities! There are a multitude of great restaurants including Saltgrass for a great steak or The Fish House sitting right on lake Taneycomo! Walk through Bass Pro Shop, the gold standard for any type of outdoor gear, let the kids feed the ducks down by the water, or enjoy the fire and water show on the hour each evening!

Or take a short 8 minute drive to Silver Dollar City, one of Branson’s biggest attractions! Silver Dollar City is an 1880's themed amusement park with amazing roller coasters, live shows, cave tours, and a multitude of craftsmen who offer live demonstrations on welding, glass blowing, candy making, wood carving, and so much more! Don't forget to try one of the delicious funnel cakes before you leave!

More options of fun things to do with Table Rock Lake also just minutes away! State Park Marina is 10 minutes from the condo, where renting a boat or jet skis should be high on your list to experience the beauty of the Ozarks from the water! Several places around town also offer canoeing, kayaking, paddle boarding, or even fishing tours! There will be no shortage of things to do when you come experience the vacation life in Branson, Missouri!
