The modern kitchen features stone counters, stainless steel appliances, and both drip and Keurig coffee options, with counter seating for two. Share meals together at the dining table for four, or step outside onto the covered balcony, where comfortable seating and beautiful mountain views make every moment feel special. Whether you’re looking for relaxation, adventure, or a mix of both, this vacation home is the perfect base for your Branson getaway.



This home comfortably sleeps 6 guests between 2 private bedrooms and a queen size sleeper sofa in the living room.



Bedroom #1 includes a king size bed, a cable TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and a shower/tub combo.



Bedroom #2 includes a king size bed, a cable TV, deck access, and an ensuite bathroom with 2 vanities, a soaking tub, and a walk-in shower.



THINGS TO NOTE:

• This home is a top floor walk-in unit.

• It's a 3-story building and your unit is on the top floor. The landing area where parking is located extends to the 3rd floor. This means there's no need to take the stairs to get to the entry door.

• Lot parking for 2 vehicles is available on a first-come, first-serve basis.

• Early Check-In / Late Check Out: These options are based on availability and are NOT INCLUDED in your reservation. Additional fees may apply. Please contact us in advance if you’re interested.

• The total price for your reservation will include the accommodation fare, booking fee, cleaning fee, damage waiver, pet fee (if applicable), and applicable taxes.

• The home is not pet friendly.

• Portable crib available.

• The communal pools are open seasonally from Memorial Day to Labor Day.

• Pools, hot tubs, and other facilities in the resort are operated by the HOA, and neither Grand Welcome nor the property owners are responsible or liable for any refunds in the event that they are closed for any reason.
