Gillade: Renlighet och boendets skick och faciliteter
We stayed for three nights and overall had a good experience. The hotel has recently undergone renovations and our room looked very new—from the bed and furniture to the hardwood floors. The bathroom did not appear to be updated yet, but the shower was clean, the water stayed hot, and the toilet worked with no issues. The microwave and mini fridge both worked well.
The wardrobe in the room still needed a bar installed for hanging clothes, and there were only regular outlets (no USB ports), which would be a helpful addition in the future. The staff were friendly and were very accommodating when we chose to extend our stay an extra night.
My biggest complaint was that the room was stocked with only one small body soap and two towels for a three-night stay, and no one came by for housekeeping or replenishment. We were not informed at check-in if housekeeping was by request only, so that would have been helpful to know. Also, note that there are no elevators, which may be an issue for some guests, as the hotel has two floors.
Overall, this is a clean, quiet hotel in a convenient location, and with just a few improvements, it could be an even better stay.
