Brand New 8 Bed/8.5 Bath Lodge with Lakeview on Indian Point

Indoor pool closed 1/10/25-3/7/25 Built in 2020. Crowne View Lodge is just a minute from Silver Dollar City. This is a dedicated vacation rental area. This resort style offers our guests lots of free amenities like pools, a hot tub, gym, etc. Our Lodge has 6 kings, 4 queens, and 4 sofa sleepers. All the bedrooms have their own bathrooms & TV. There are 2 levels in the house, Main level and Basement. Both levels have 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, a living area, kitchen, dinning area, fireplace and a back deck with an AMAZING LAKE VIEW!

Crowne View Lodge boasts 5,200 SF of living space. Guests have access to everything inside the lodge with the exception of the locked owners closets that have cleaning supplies for the cleaners. Guests also have access to the Club House which has a community garden area in the summertime. You are welcome to get fresh vegetables that you may need for cooking up that special family dinner. You also have access to the swimming pools, hot tub, fire pit, playground area. There are also additional grills up at the club house for grilling by the pool area. The outdoor pool is opened just before Memorial Day and closed October 1st.

The resort is growing! They are building an indoor pool for our guests. There are several construction sites currently being built around the resort area.

Beautiful house and the host was very responsive. We did wish there was more than 1 tub. We were traveling with multiple families and several children. The 9 am check out is early for a large group. If you are counting on a late check out for the additional fee, be sure to ask well in advance. Overall, very nice set up for a big group and it is a beautiful view.

Great BIG clean home! Great home to host a large family wanting to stay within minutes of Silver Dollar City. One minor hiccup at the check-in as the water was off. Water was turned on quickly after communicating with property manager. It sounded like it was planned maintence for the neighborhood so wondering why no communication that the water could be off. All amenities were great. Plenty of parking and did I mention it is super close to Silver Dollar City. We would stay here again.

I was so excited with the beautiful view off our deck—amazing!. We had 19 in our group and every family has their own room with bathroom. Plenty of room to sit and visit. The kids loved the arcade games. The pools were very nice with room for all. The location was great with easy access to Indian Point Marina and places to eat.

This was a beautiful home and property. We had 13, 9 Adults and 4 kids. Every morning my wife and I got up long before the sun, sat on the back deck and had several cups of coffee while watching the Lake and bird population come alive. My wife is in a wheelchair and this property was much better than most in accommodating this. Everything in the house worked well and can accommodate many more people than we had, but it fit our family perfectly. The picture needs to be updated to show the other houses around, but we had no problem at all with other families around us.

Framily vacation

All in all it was a great week. House was great and any issues we had was addressed with the host. Would definitely return! Would recommend to any large group. Videos games the kids loved and large kitchen and tables for playing cards or any other games. Plenty board games and shuffleboard.

Great location near Table Rock

The best part by far of property are the views of the lake. You can take it all in on one of two spacious decks with plenty of seating, or from inside the many rooms with views. The house is very roomy and allows for multiple areas to connect or disconnect. Although the house is large, noise travels through the house fairly easily. I recommend early risers sleep downstairs and those who like like to sleep in upstairs. All in all great location, wonderful views, great time!

Great Gathering Place in Branson

This property was excellent. Clean, quiet, comfortable, very well equipped, great view and a nice location. We gathered for 4 days with 9-11 relatives for a great time. Plenty of space to join together or have your own private space. Hope we can return.

Great location

We stayed at this very nice vacation house for three nights to attend our granddaughter’s wedding and spend a day at Silver Dollar City. A very convenient location to Stonegate Glass Chapel and SDC. The lake view is awesome also. We had a total of 19 people with plenty of room for everyone to spread out. Although we only ate one meal (breakfast) at the house, the kitchens were equipped with more appliances/dishes than we have ever had in other VRBO rentals. The arcade games were a big hit with the teens and 20-year-olds.! We love being in Branson with family during the Christmas season and this is our third time coming to Branson during the Christmas season. So, we were disappointed that the tree hadn’t been put up yet.

Not recommend for seniors over 70.

Trash had to be hauled daily up steep hill for 1/4 mile. If you don’t come with a truck to haul trash you must take bagged trash up hill daily in a rented car. If going to use a swimming pool you walk up steep hill 1/4 mile to club house. Advertised as having pool and hot tub. We had 16 overnight and celebrated our 64th anniversary with family ranging from 3 years old to 87 years old. Had celebrated with group of 25 people. Terrific house for beds and bathrooms. For a house 1 year old it was beautiful decorated, nice view but fans not working, one bathroom lights turned off when shutting door, bbq on street with no table or shelf accessories, used ironing board for table, dining area, no chairs, just benches, early check out 9 a.m. was met but outrageous, not enough towels in every bathroom, we washed them, coffee pots unusable as ruined every coffee due to smell, we brought 2 Kueric coffee pots thank goodness. House worked but sorry we booked it for our age. Fyi we were deeply disappointed.

Family Vacation in Missouri

Our family had a wonderful vacation in Missouri. There was so much to see and do. We loved Sight and Sound Theater. The house was beautiful and the view amazing. We are disappointed, Dominic the owner promised me a refund for where we were overcharged $210.00. He promised it would come before our vacation by mail but we haven’t received it yet. Also the pictures of the pool area makes it look much better then it actually is. It was disappointing for sure. Also the trash situation leaves a lot to be desired. We had to take the trash to the dumpster at the top of the mountain. One had to drive to it. We had a wonderful time in spite of these disappointments. We are waiting for the refund check for what was promised to me. Over all it was a great vacation but we were disappointed in the listed items concerning the home. It is a beautiful home with an amazing view.
