There is a vintage record player available. There’s also a selection of card games and board games available for some light-hearted entertainment.

🍴 The kitchen is well-equipped for meal preparation, with essential appliances including an oven, stove, microwave, and refrigerator. A dishwasher adds convenience, allowing you to spend more time enjoying your meals and less time on chores. A coffee bar is on hand for those who enjoy a morning brew.

🛏️ The bedroom features a king-size bed, offering a spacious and restful retreat at the end of the day. The TV offers the same streaming services as the living room.

🛁 In the bathroom, you’ll find a practical setup with a bathtub that includes a shower, along with a sink and toilet for convenience.

Guests are required to walk up 15 steps to enter the condo.

The parking pass must be obtained from the Gym between 8am-10pm. Please collect a parking pass from the Gym at your earliest convenience.

There are aqua aerobics and aqua Zumba classes for approximately an hour in the morning. Adults are welcome to join the classes at no additional fee; however, the indoor pool will not be available for open swim during those times.

Please be advised that the condo does not include a washer or dryer. However, a laundry facility is available at the resort for a fee, which is payable on-site.

The property is equipped with two smart TVs for your viewing pleasure. Please note that cable and satellite television services are not offered. While streaming services are available (such as Amazon Fire TV, Amazon Prime Video, Apple TV, Disney+, Hulu, Netflix, Sling, YouTube, etc), they are provided on an as-is basis, and you may need to log in with your own account to access specific content.

As a standard disclaimer for all our properties, we would like to inform you that our condo is located in a community and state where the use of cigarettes, cigars, and marijuana is permitted. Smoking indoors at our property is not permitted; this includes, but is not limited to, smoking for medicinal purposes. While we make every effort to maintain a clean and pleasant environment, please note that, although we do not imply the presence of any odors, there is a possibility that residual odors from these substances may be present in the unit during the dates that you stay, potentially due to neighboring units or previous guests who did not comply with our rules.

To enhance the safety and security of all guests and to protect the property, a doorbell camera has been installed outside at the front entrance. The guests acknowledge this and agree to refrain from interfering with the camera's ability to capture footage.

This is a pet-friendly property for up to 1 small dog (35 lbs or less) with prior approval and a $100 non-refundable pet fee. Unauthorized pets are not allowed. Additional fees may apply if evidence of unapproved animals is found. Pets must be up to date on vaccinations and flea/tick prevention. Your dog must be leashed when outdoors and are not permitted on furniture or beds. You are required to crate pets if left unattended in the condo.

Roark Vacation Resort (COA) is quite strict when it comes to parking, especially trailers and anything that takes up more than one standard parking space (18 ft x 8.5 ft). They watch for parking violations and impose fines and impound vehicles/trailers that violate the rules. You agree to be charged for all such expenses incurred. Each condo is allowed a maximum of 2 vehicles. Boat trailer parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis in the lot adjacent to the boat dock, we cannot guarantee availability at all times. Please note that campers and RVs must be stored off-site.
