Sitting on the Pointe Royale Golf Course, you will enjoy views of the fairways right from your enclosed balcony that seamlessly blends the indoor and outdoor living areas together. Comfortable seating options provide spaces for catching up on your reading list or enjoying a quiet moment with your morning coffee or tea. The indoor living space offers comfortable sofa seating, a smart TV, and an electric fireplace when you need a warmup or want to create a cozy atmosphere. The chic dining table offers seating for 4 with 2 additional high-top barstool seats steps away at the kitchen counter. The efficient kitchen comes equipped with all standard appliances, a toaster, and a Keurig coffee maker leaving the choice of preparing home-cooked meals or dining in from one of the many delicious local restaurants entirely yours.



This home comfortably sleeps 8 guests between 2 private bedrooms and a queen size sofa sleeper in the living room.



Bedroom #1 includes 1 queen size bed and 1 queen size trundle as well as a smart TV.



Bedroom #2 includes a king size bed, smart TV, private patio access, and ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and shower/tub combo.

- This unit is on the top floor 20 steps required (No elevator access).

- Parking is available for up to 2 vehicles. Guests will acquire a parking pass at the security gate.

- The communal pools are open seasonally from Memorial Day to Labor Day.

Nice upgraded place.

Overall we enjoyed the place. It was clean, and comfortable. The living room could use more seating for people to congregate. Only one couch otherwise people had to sit on kitchen table chairs. The spare bedroom was very small with no nightstands. We would stay again.

August in Branson at Golf View Peek a boo

Overall we were pleased with the rental. For the price paid, it is about what we'd expect. Positives include the check in/out process, communication from owner/prop manager, enclosed porch (no bugs!), community amenities, everything we needed was there (kitchenware, towels, etc), and neighborhood. Things that we were a little disappointed in...coffee maker took a long time to run, a couple bathroom towels had holes in them and it was obvious they were very old, living room TV wouldn't connect to the wifi for the first couple days (not a big deal to us since we weren't there a lot, but others might be more disappointed with this), and there were spiderwebs all over the unit entrance. Overall, none of the shortcomings were really a problem for us, and we felt the unit was perfectly fine for the price paid. We would rent again.

Branson Family Vaca

Checking into the condo was hassle free and easy to find. All the rooms were nicely organized, adequately furnished, and clean. The family had a great time while there. Access to all the Branson attractions were very accessible. The area was very quiet and secure. The only things that would be a negative were the condo A/C apparently hadn’t been on in a while it was warm in the condo and the amenities card that allows you to have access to other areas was missing. Other than that it was a good stay.
