Great Place To Stay While in Branson
This house worked perfectly for us. We brought my grandmother to visit her sister, and the house having no stairs and a walk-in shower were huge pluses. Family could also come visit and there was plenty of room,

Relaxing time
Layout of the house was weird but it worked out ok for us. We were gone alot enjoying all Branson had to offer. Was nice we were across from Dollar General and a grocery store. Also Pizza World across the road was amazing. Wasn't to far away from all the shows we went to.

Convenient Home
Loved the location of the property. Just a couple minutes from Branson Landing and a short drive to Taneycomo or Bull Shoals. There’s a grocery store as well as a dollar general directly across the road. Also located very near many playgrounds we could take the kids too. As previously stated the bedrooms can be a little weird, but not a deal breaker for us a family with children. Kitchen and beds very clean. Would definitely visit again.

We loved our stay! Beautiful home!
The house was clean and spacious enough for our large family. The beds were comfortable and clean. The only thing weird thing was having to go through 2 bedrooms to get to the living room but that wasn't really a problem for us because we were gone during the day and just hung out at the huge dining room table when we were at the house if someone was in their room. We had a great time!

It’s okay, untapped potential
There are positive and negative to all properties of course. I’ll list the positive and then the negative. This is the property at 137 Bookout Rd, Branson. As it appears this owner has many places. Positives: comfortable beds. Washer/dryer on the property, dishwasher, nice deck and yard space. Large living room with very comfortable furniture. Decor is homey. Big tv. Two bathrooms, nice size overall. Negatives: not very clean. The window sills, blinds, were filthy. Under furniture, there were missed crumbs and dust on laminate flooring. Looking above cupboards we admired the lighting and noticed it was COVERED in cobwebs/spiderwebs?!?! The BBQ doesn’t work. (If it does, was difficult to figure out and tank smelled just turning valve with no burner on, didn’t seem safe) There are very few functional kitchen meal preparation tools. There were mouse droppings in the kitchen drawers. The doors on the entertainment center fell off when you tried to open. The kitchen/dining is separated by two bedrooms you have to go through to get to the living room. Poor lay out. Just seems neglected, there is alot of potential to this home.

What a fun and unique home - close to everything !
We all had a wonderful time !! The house was a lot of fun ! Kitchen and deck were our favorite hangout spots ! The family room in the back was a blessing too ! We enjoyed the Ferris wheel (7.5 miles away ) ziplining and tubing ( 16 miles away) - nothing was far at all !! The home feels secluded but is very close to stores and a bowling alley ( you still feel like you are in the country tho ). Would definitely book again ! Thank you Nick for a wonderful stay !!

Great Stay
Overall very good location and space for 6 adults and kids. It did take quite some time to get the temp to drop from 80 to a comfortable temp. I think the unit may need an upgrade.

terrible house
The pictures on VRBO were not at all what the property looked like. Tarp covering the roof, mouse droppings in the couch in the living room, yard so overgrown that grandkids could not even leave the deck. There was a live trap in the yard. We saw a raccoon in the live trap & home owner told us he was trying to catch an armadillo that was living under the deck off of the laundry room. Worst house I have ever encountered with VRBO. Not sure I would ever use them again. I have photos & videos if you need them.

Family Get-together
We had plenty of room for our group, but we would rather have had a hallway. We had to go through 2 bedrooms to get to the front room. We were unable to connect to wi-fi. Overall, we were glad to have a place where we could all meet and enjoyed our stay.

A little disappointing
The check in for the home was great and the owner was very responsive to any concern or comment I had. The house is set up so that two Of the bedrooms are attached meaning you have to travel through 2 of the bedrooms to get to either side of the house. The house was very spacious and we had plenty of room my only complaint is that I wasn’t aware of the bedroom Situation. We traveled with 5 young kids under 5 so uninterrupted sleep is important. You had to travel through the bedrooms to get to the living room or the kitchen (on opposites sides of the house) When we first arrived there was trash left in a bathroom and the other bathroom Looked like it hadn’t been cleaned at all. So much so I cleaned it myself. The house was in a relatively good location a bit of a drive to the strip and to any restaurants but it’s secluded and has a huge yard and back porch great for letting kids run!

Great location!
The location was perfect and had plenty of parking. The place was very nice and pretty clean. Floors needed dusted. The owner needs to list you have to walk through two bedrooms to get to the living room or the kitchen. Some of our friends were very uncomfortable with walking through someone else’s bedrooms.

Spacious for the eight of us!
Check-in was a breeze. House was secluded yet close enough to the action that a short drive will put you in the action. We were in town for a competition and we enjoyed staying this house. No issues whatsoever.

Girls Week 2021
This house was reasonably priced, perfect location, and plenty of room for 5 women. The kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked with everything you would possibly need. Owner was very responsive with all of our questions and needs. Would definitely recommend Branson as a vacation destination and this house for your lodging. Thanks Nick!!

DO NOT DO IT!!
This was suppose to be a fun family/friend trip to celebrate mine and my husbands 9th wedding anniversary and our oldest’s 11th birthday. It was myself, my husband, our three children, another couple and their two children and our oldest’s mom and her other child. This was our third time to VRBO and it may have just ruined us. This place was an absolute dump. The potential is phenomenal but the maintenance is destroying this place. I have never been in a place so filthy. Yes we contacted the property manager and asked if we could negotiate some sort of refund seeing as how we paid a $135 cleaning fee and the place had not been cleaned appropriately and his response was “No thank you”. We sent him picture of everything!! 1st i folded the couch bed out for the little girls…there was a finger nail y’all!! A FINGER NAIL!!! And I am not exaggerating when I say there was a PILE of dirt hidden under the fitted sheet on the pull out bed, not to mention the stains on the fitted sheet. 2nd one of the beds had dirty sheets on it, human hair, dog hair and brace yourselves, flakes of dead skin at the bottom where your feet go!!! 🤢🤢 it was awful!!! There was so much dust everywhere, piles of dirt and dust under the bed, the return air vent was filthy!! The outside is NOT suitable for children to be playing, no yard maintenance for no telling how long, the grass was grown, the description of the property says you can’t see the neighbors, it’s because of the piles of junk and weeds grown up through the fence, other wise you would see the run down shed and trailer house sitting 100yrds away. There were building materials and tools piled up everywhere, a shed with power tools in it, not locked. Oh here’s a good one, the roof…COVERED IN TARPS!!! Pieces also falling off the roof, clearly due to water damaged and lack a maintenance. The description of this place is so misleading. Fortunately the weather stayed nice so we got to stay gone most of the day everyday, otherwise we would’ve been cutting our trip short cause there’s just no way we could’ve maintained in this house with nowhere to go. I urge ppl to never stay here, after the way we were treated. I understand you out sourcing a cleaning agency/business to clean your property for you and stuff and it’s unfortunate when it doesn’t get done but that doesn’t make it ok to take the renters money.

The house was more in the Country and it was quite. The house had some problems and there was a raccoon in the Ceiling But we contacted the Owner and He come over to take a look. The Owner was a nice guy.

Great location & perfect for large group!
Close location to the Landing. Lots of space. Great appliances. Plenty of linens. Perfect for the 3 families we had staying (8 people total with plenty of additional sleeping areas available). We had a couple of issues that were quickly taken care of by the owner. Older home that's been renovated. Excellent deck with outdoor kitchen. Would stay again!

Bedbugs!
This property had the prospects of being a really good fit for us. There were four bedrooms and two bathrooms which is great. Biggest problem was that there were bedbugs. There were HUGE and tiny ones which tells me that this is NOT a new problem. The worst bed actually had the newest mattress which I thought was strange. We had to go to a hotel during the night and we’re so thankful that we found the bedbugs before we had stayed there very long and had not really unpacked yet. We would have brought bedbugs home to five different houses. The owner openly admitted on a three-way call to VRBO the next day that he had set a trap and had caught some so he knew they were there and let us stay anyway! There was a mouse in the kitchen which isn’t a huge deal (I know they come in during this time of year). He said he didn’t know about it, but there was mouse poison under the cabinet. The key was not where it was supposed to be but we eventually found it and it did unlock the back door so we were able to get in even though the owner never picked up our phone call. (I wonder if it is incorrect in the information section) and eventually the owner did message us the code but by then we did not really need it. The roof had two or three tarps on it and and the floors were dirty enough that we could not walk around in our socks. The house smelled musty and the fountain water smelled terrible and we could not even run it. The only saving grace of the trip was that the guy refunded our money, paid for our three nights in a hotel and gave us an extra gift for the trouble. But by then , we had spend so much of our short time moving accommodations and being exhausted from being up half the night that it out a severe damper on our short trip to the area.

In 7 years of managing properties, hi have never experienced bedbugs until now. I refunded Jennifers money and paid for their motel and gave them $200 extra for their trouble. I don’t know how the bedbugs got there where they came from. But I felt very sorry for Jennifer and friends for sure. I have treated the bedbugs with the best I could find and Removed the beds. We did catch one mouse and have seen no more for weeks now .

Family Time
Loved staying here, great location. House was big enough for the 11 of us. Great little grocery store across the street, alone with a Dollar General and a great pizza place. Used outdoor grill and patio area once due to weather being cold and raining. Will definitely book again for future trips.

Weekend get away
Very nice and quiet. There was not a hallway between the kitchen/dining room to the living room. You had to go through two bedrooms. This did not bother us. The beds were OK. I like sleeping on softer beds and these were firm. It was a very nice 4 bedroom house just off the main road. It was very easy to get to any Branson show or mall. Really enjoyed ourselves.
