Dive into your dream vacation at Out of The Blue, a 6-bedroom, 6.5-bath cabin on the shores of Table Rock Lake. Every day at this modern cabin brings family fun, and a splash of that special Ozarks magic you can’t find anywhere else.

When you’re sitting in the hot tub on the deck, fire flickering in the stone gas fireplace, and looking out over a stunning view of the shimmering lake… you’ll know exactly what we mean.

And when we say “family,” we do mean the whole family! Accessibility features—including an accessible main floor bedroom and a bathroom with grab bars—are great for the grandparents.

The kids love the game room with a pool table and flat-screen TV with theater seating. We provide baby gear for the littlest guests, like a highchair, a pack-n-play, and an umbrella stroller. Note that we don’t provide baby blankets or sheets, so be sure to bring those with you.

And even the family dog can join you at this dog-friendly property!

IMPORTANT NOTE: Other houses are being built in the neighborhood, including across the street. This gives kids an awesome view of big trucks in the front (the view of the lake is in the back!), but also comes with the truck noises during working hours. This inconvenience is reflected in our quoted rate.

Located on Indian Point, less than a mile from Silver Dollar City, Out of the Blue allows for quick access to many of the best activities in the area. Turn right for theme parks and turn left for the marina.

As parents to teenagers, we know that sometimes family sanity depends on teens having their own rooms and bathrooms!

At Out of the Blue, every one of the home’s 6 bedrooms has a private bath en-suite bathroom. One bedroom has 2 queen beds, and the other 5 bedrooms each have one king bed.

Every bed has high-quality linens, mattresses, and down-alternative pillows for a night’s sleep you can really sink into.

The Great Room is the relaxed gathering place with lovely lake views complemented by the nap-worthy sofas, large flatscreen TV, and stone fireplace.

Nearby, the open-concept kitchen has everything you have at home: even a KitchenAid for baking cookies with Grandma. Whip up a feast and serve it at the family-sized dining room table with seating for 10-12 (the nearby bar stools seat 8 more).

Simply 3/4 mile from Silver Dollar City, down Indian Point and no more than 35 minutes from practically anywhere else you want to go in the Branson area, this vacation home is the perfect base to chill out at during your vacation.

SWIMMING POOLS AND PLAYGROUND

Our neighborhood outdoor and indoor swimming pools are a short walk or quick drive up the street, along with the playground and fire pit. The community pool also has a children's wading pool and a hot tub. The indoor pool, the big outdoor pool and the hot tub are handicapped accessible with a lift.

Outdoor pool is open roughly Memorial Day to Labor Day. Indoor pool is open all year round.

Table Rock Lake is accessible further down Indian Point at several public boat ramp access points as well as at the Indian Point Marina.

ADDITIONAL INFO

🐶 $35 per night per dog plus taxes. Small dogs allowed with pre-approval only. Dogs are not guaranteed to be approved. Please ask first.

💳 Credit card must be on file in case of damages. We will send you an email to authorize a $1 hold after your booking is confirmed. This hold begins 3 days before your arrival and is released 3 days after departure if there is no damage, no excessive cleaning needed, and no house rules are broken.

🚗 Drivers license will be required with our signed guest agreement after you book, along with a selfie holding your photo ID

🆔 We will perform a Guest ID verification securely through our payment processor after you book. The main purpose is to make sure no one has stolen your credit card and used it without your permission.

The Guest ID verification is a two factor authorization that asks you for your phone number and birth date, then it will text you a code to enter.

If the verification fails, we’ll cancel the reservation and void the transaction.

TRAVEL INSURANCE

You can purchase travel insurance for your reservation! The standard policy covers quite a few reasons for cancellation and applies to your whole traveling group.

Note that all new reservations have the option of purchasing a Cancel For Any Reason insurance policy besides the standard travel insurance policy. You can purchase this when you make your reservation with us, and the insurance is automatically connected to your stay.
