We had a very nice stay. We found out this place was close to all the events. Neighbors are very friendly. Only a couple little things we wished for. Pepper shaker was empty, some paper plates and napkins would be nice,I did bring my own. I do wish Branso would recycle. Thank you for a great time Rose

Branson Villa
It is advertised as a home but it is actually a villa has a neighbor attached to the home. Though there were no issues with the neighbor. I had to cover the barbecue grill with aluminum foil as it was Rusty. Whole bath drain was clogged but plunged it and it seemed to work after that. Overall very nice.

Our overall it was great. I’d wish we had another loveseat and TVs in the 2 bedrooms. I did enjoy my stay at this home! Will be back.

Wonderful location and house
Our family of 5 stayed here in our long weekend at Branson. The location was amazing. The house was clean and the beds were comfortable. It is very nice to be able to pull into the garage. We would definitely come back!

Exceptionally clean and quiet
Every facet exceeded our expectations. The home was spacious, with plenty of countertop space in the kitchen and bathrooms. Every corner was spotless and sparking. The master bedroom was very large, with a huge walk-in closet. The kitchen cupboard was even stocked with coffee and some spices, and there were plenty of saucepans and skillets to prepare our meals. The neighborhood was exceptionally quiet. We hope to be able to stay here next time we're in Branson.

Family Vacay
We stayed several nights at the villa. The location was great for easy access to the strip and attractions. The home was comfortable and the air conditioning worked very well considering the outside temperature was in the upper 90s. The manager was excellent to work with and very responsive. The only drawback was the steep incline to the driveway. I had read about it in other reviews that the driveway was steep but didn't realize how steep until we stayed however many of the roads, and other driveways in the area are steep too. Just took a little to get used to.

This location was perfect for kayaking down Lake Taneycomo and boating from Indian Pointe marina. Garage keypad wasn’t working so we just had to hit it manually each time. Make note of steep driveway, but nice to have a garage.

Family trip
This property is in a great location to all attractions in Branson. We even drop to Springfield one dy ay and had easy access to and from the highways. Very comfortable and quiet area. Would definitely stay here again!

ALLERGIES
This was a very nice duplex with plenty of room and all the necessities. I would have given our stay a five star but, unfortunately, my allergies flared up every time I sat in the living room. I had no problems in the other areas of the home, so I suspect cat dander and or tobacco residue in the area rug in that room. I don't know if that is from the owners or a previous occupant, or if maybe a used rug, but it was an issue. Since this is labeled as a pet and smoke-free environment, maybe the owners will replace the rug. Until then, this is a caution to anyone with those allergies, especially cats. We go to Branson regularly and I would stay again if I knew this problem was addressed.

Great for a family
We enjoyed our stay here. It wasn’t the cleanest it could have been, but worked well for our stay. The beds are so comfy, we got some great sleep. The drive way is steep, and we just barely fit our Yukon in the garage. So thankful for a garage though, as we were there during a rare snow. It is a condo or townhouse type building so you can hear the joining neighbors through the wall, but they are not loud. Marva was very kind and responsive. The location is great! So east to get anywhere from the house.

Branson Vacation
Renting the property was easy. Driveway was a little steep. Unloading our things from and to the van was a little harder going up and down the garage stairs. One of the blankets and bathroom rug had a soiled spot on it. Some of the dishes were wet in the cabinet. The Jacuzzi tub was great! Beds were very comfortable. Did not have to get in touch with the property manager for anything.. The location of the rental was perfect to and from any of the places in Branson.

Branson Fall 2022 Trip
We enjoyed our trip to Branson. The shows we saw were fantastic! Traffic directions could be better; thank God for Siri! The condo was good and clean although there was a problem with the freezer of the refrigerator--it did work but did not freeze completely. It worked for our puposes though. I had difficulty with getting directions on how to access the condo (hence my one step down rating). I had trouble getting pre-ordered tickets to one of the shows too though. Everything eventually was taken care of, but kind of stressful. All in all the trip was good though!

Easy , location perfect , home was perfect for two couples & owner had spices etc for occupants . Bed pillows & bath towels were the only thing that we did not like which isn’t a game changer only a pain in the neck. Would rent this again for sure.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! It was a very nice place & great neighborhood!! The only problem we encountered was the master bedroom door would not close all the way because the bottom hinge screws were coming out and caused it to not fully close.

Property was very clean. Driveway is quite steep would be nice to have a garage door opener. Also would be nice to have a better explanation of how to work the TV and all of the remotes. This being said. We found no other negative things to say. Location was great. It was within 5 mins to all of the shows we attended. Thank you for a great stay!

Get away time!
We chose this week thinking it would not be too crowded in Branson. We had perfect weather and the location was perfect. Everywhere we wanted to see was no more than 15 to 20 minutes. We did not have to communicate with the property manager. We plan on coming back! Thank you!

Our Branson stay
Had a very nice time and enjoyed the villa. Two things we would recommend. 1) offer some assistance znd explanation about the 7 remotes the in living room. We are not familiar with streaming and found finding shows very frustrating. 2) From the picture of the villa on vrbo it looks like thr front landscaping is clean. Actually, the front flowerbed is so overgrown it has small trees growing out over the walkway and one is in the way of entering the garage and to the front door. Desperately needs attention.

The condo was very nice-clean and well maintained. The driveway is a little steep but we made it fine. Neighborhood was quiet and conveniently located. Someone prior to us had been smoking in the home but after a couple of days the odor was less noticeable. I mentioned it to the manager.
