Peaceful, Spacious, Family Lodge in Branson

Pack your bags for a relaxing Branson getaway and enjoy all this beautiful 6-bedroom, 6-bathroom cabin dream vacation house has to offer. Situated just a quarter-mile from Silver Dollar City and 1.5 miles from Table Rock Lake, this home is in the prime location for a family retreat. Discover the beauty of the Ozarks during your vacation when you stay and enjoy our screened porch and outdoor amenities! Close to all that Branson has to offer, but quiet and peaceful enough to get away from it all.

This is a large home and is ready for your group. Perfectly set up for privacy and comfort this lodge has 6 bedrooms and 6 full private bathrooms. There are ample storage and hangout spaces for everyone in your group. Complete with a full kitchen upstairs and a half kitchen downstairs you will have everything you need to make your stay easy and relaxing. There are two separate living areas so you can spread out or come together with family friends. The porch is screened and spacious and has a lovely and peaceful view of the woods.

We are dog friendly with prior approval; there is a $75 pet fee per stay.

1 King in each bedroom on main and basement levels.
1 King and 1 twin over full bunk bed set in each upstairs bedroom.
Flatscreen cable TV’s in EVERY bedroom.

Double reclining sofa, flat-screen tv, and ample seating on the main level. Propane gas log fireplace for those cold winter nights. Huge windows for amazing views of the wildlife and gorgeous sunsets.

Charcoal Grill located in front of the lodge – charcoal not provided, please bring your own.

Dining table with seating for 6. Service for 20 and Pots, pans, baking sheets, and cookware is complete for most meals.

The lower level is complete with a sofa, rocking chairs, tv, and a 6′ Olhausen pool table. Full kitchenette with full sized fridge, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker and table settings for 12.

Beautiful scenery into the endless woods behind the house - see the deer each day from the privacy of your screened porch.

6 individual private master bathrooms complete with hairdryers towels/washcloths, basic soaps, and extra blankets and linens.

There are 2 separate bath tubs and stand up showers on the main level. Combination jacuzzi tubs and showers upstairs. Showers only in the walkout basement level.

Needed cleaned.

The house fit our needs as far as rooms and bathrooms and the location was good. One of the issues with the house was that it was not clean. The floors were sticky in places and every room needed vacuumed. A couple of the beds had broken bed slats also. There was a strong smoke smell in one of the bedroom when we arrived but they had the window opened trying to clear the air. The weather was very hot so it took overnight to cool the property. It only had portable window air conditioning in the basement level, which are noisy. I talked with management about issues and they said they’d have to talk to their cleaning team and couldn’t do that till the next day. I received a call from management the next day, while we were away from the house, saying they could come over and replace light bulbs which was one of the issues also. My expectations were not met! I expected more considering the price we paid, $800 a night, and with it being a VRBO property which I understand was sold to Dream2Reality after my booking.

Nice cabin.

Cabin was nice, plenty of room for 18 people. Living room could’ve been a little bigger, but the house had enough living areas to spread everyone out well. Every room had king beds, and they were all very comfortable. Had a lot of issues with the septic tank overflowing. Got pumped several times but the issue wasn’t fixed. The ac couldn’t keep up in the hot part of the day. Got almost 80 degrees by 5 or 6 o’clock, so that was a little frustrating. The fridge did not keep our food and beer cold well at all. This needs replaced. I felt they settled for a cheap fridge. I don’t really like warm beer. Outside Trash was not emptied often enough, and the dumpster outside was way too small for a group this large. 4 trash bags and one roll of toilet paper per bathroom was also not enough for a group this large. Other than these annoyances, the cabin itself is really nice and we enjoyed our stay. There’s a lot of issues that need fixed to better accommodate large groups such as ours. I would recommend this place, as long as a lagging ac, below average fridge, and outside smelling like poopoo doesn’t bother you.

Awesome Family Vacation Rental

Our family of 14 stayed in 263 Willow Oak. The house was spacious with enough room for all. The front door keypad was difficult to open and eventually the handle broke completely. I text my contact number and within a few hours a new handle was installed. We have stayed at various location within this property and parking is always a problem but we like the location and the accommodations enough to return almost ever year!

Expected better for the price

The property is located very close to Branson and is in a great neighborhood. The house is well equipped with all the dishes you’ll need as well. Biggest issue would be the property management company I think and the lack of a few details in the ad. There is absolutely NO air in the basement and no ceiling fans . We went in the middle of June… The property manager did bring out a couple portable units for the basement but it’s wild to have nothing but heat in a 3rd of a house. Day 3 we had issues with the air conditioning in the upstairs portion not cooling efficiently. I had to run down the property manager to get a tech out. He didn’t send me a Air Conditioning company same day as I would expect, I got an employee of his the next day. Needless to say, the air stayed messed up for the rest of the 6 day trip.. It stayed about 80 degrees . Pretty miserable. Lastly I’d add most lamps didn’t work in bedrooms, lots of burnt out bulbs , broken bathtub handles. For a 4900 stay it was less than acceptable. The only resolution I was offered was to move to a smaller house for our last night . We had a great time in Branson but will not stay w VRBO again or the management company again Dreams2Reality .

Lots of space for get-togethers

Our group of 15 had plenty of room to gather (and still have some privacy) here. The kitchen was the best stocked I have seen in rentals like these. Multiple crock posts and coffeemakers, every size pot and pan. And the amount of silverware you would expect in a six bedroom house. There were some little things, like several lamp switches were broken and the answer seemed to be to unplug the lamp when you wanted it off. I have had easier communications with other hosts, but we had what we needed so didn't need to communicate a lot. The area was perfect for us. The amusement park was just around the corner, we the big kids could stay and just call us for a pick up. And a walk of a couple hundred feet gave us a great view of the lake and the New Years Eve fireworks.
