Quiet and Relaxing 1 Bedroom Condo Near Golf and Marina!

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. This lovely condo is centrally located in Branson close to all the main attractions of this famous Missouri city. There is marina just down the way to Lake Taneycomo, 15 minutes from Silver Dollar City, and close to historic downtown Branson shops. Stay in and cuddle up with the large 55 inch TV and functioning fireplace with a beautiful waterfront view. All the comforts of home in a quiet condo community with a park & clubhouse.
The space
This is a one bedroom condo unit on the lowest level of the building. There are stairs to the front door to get to, but if you need ground level, the back patio door is level from the bottom parking lot entry. Guests have access during their stay to the entire unit, outside patio and backyard.
We soon will be replacing the floor tile but are allowing guests to enjoy the space until that time is upon us! It is cracked in several places.
There is a park for the neighborhood that is great for outdoor time with children. This is an ideal space for a family with several children.

Other things to note
There is so much to do in Branson. If you are looking for fine dining, head to Bass Pro’s owned restaurant, Top of the Rock or Arnie’s Barn to woo your sweetheart. Take the family to The Track go carts race track just minutes away. Take a day to yourself and play on the 18 hole golf course right next door to the suites at Fall Creek. You can swim, boat, fish, lay in the sun at Table rock Lake or Lake Taneycomo near by. Shopping is close by as well with the Outlet Mall at Tanger and so many live shows such as SIX, Dolly Parton’s Stampede and so much more. Drop by historic downtown Branson for antique shops, culture and food.
