Lake Expectations is centrally located to all your favorite Branson spots, within steps of the Lake Taneycomo shoreline, and promises gorgeous balcony views of the Ozark Hills. The condo is part of the Pointe Royale Resort featuring numerous amenities (listed below).


LAKE EXPECTATIONS CONDO: Sleeps 10 adults containing 2100 square feet, 3 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms, plus a loft with additional beds. 7 beds in all. 


FRONT BEDROOM: Queen bed - A full bathroom is located just off the front bedroom. 

MASTER BEDROOM: King bed - Master bedroom has it's own private bathroom and private access to the balcony with great views of the Ozark hills rising above Lake Taneycomo.

UPSTAIRS BEDROOM: King bed (with sofa pullout twin bed) - Upstairs bedroom has its own portable A/C unit. 

THE LOFT: Three twin beds. The loft and upstairs bedroom have it's own full bathroom. The loft is open without closed doors.

3 FULL BATHROOMS: 2 downstairs including one located in the master bedroom and a full bathroom upstairs.

• A pack-n-play is stored within the front bedroom closet.
  
• A high-chair is provided in the front closet
  
• Pool towels can be found in the front closet. But please wash and dry them before departing.
  
• Full size washer and dryer is located next to the front bedroom. Detergent and fabric softener are in the cabinet above the units.
  
• ROKU TVs are located in each bedroom and the living room. Cable is available with the living room TV.
  
• Board games, cards, puzzles, etc. can be found in the storage bench under the stairs, by the dining room table. 
  
• The kitchen comes stocked with all the cookware, dishes, utensils needed to cook/prepare your own meals.
  
• Modern Electric Fireplace with heater.
  
• Very fast Wifi (250+Mbps download and 50+Mbsp upload speeds)
  

What you need to know:

• No pets or animals of any kind allowed. Absolutely no smoking or vaping of any kind inside the unit, on the balcony, or on the front porch.
  
• This is a second story condo with 16 steps up to the entrance. There is no elevator.
  
• Check-In after 4pm, Check-out by 10am.
